I just received my parcel which was one chicken box and lamb keema that was 1 1/2 kg and other grocery products. The delivery service is very good and I would say that this is one of the best meat and groceries shop because of the quality of the meat and service.

Personally, we received pathetic customer service in store and over the phone. Meat quality may be good, but gents working there have zero understanding of customer service. The overall condition of the shop is rather poor and dangerous for health due to mould growing in the celing. Called to complain regarding bits in our order and in return not a word of apology from them, their tone was rather taunting and were told we're not responsible for anything.

Its been many months since I’m ordering meat from them . First two times was good. Onwards from that time, the meat quality is terrible and low , badly cut, smelly and they charge way more than regular market plus the delivery charges are too high. Never gonna order again. See photos of their chicken . All ripped apart and bad quality.

I’m commenting on the online shop and delivery. I used Evergreen for the first time today with a big order of various poultry and meat. I was impressed. The online ordering was easy with good email confirmation and receipt. The order came hygienically packaged and the cuts of meat were exactly as I had specified. For example I ordered the premium mince and it certainly was, with very low fat content. I’ll be certainly ordering from Evergreen again. Well done chaps you’ve done well during this difficult time to get customers and provide a good service with fantastic quality.

I’ve been using Evergreen Foods for a few years now and they have never let me down. The food is packaged so well and delivered on time. If I need any questions answered they are done so promptly. Best online halal meat delivery and I’ve tried quite a few. Keep it up!

Ordered online via their website, food came well packed and organised very well. The delivery box had foil wrapping and contained ice packs to keep meats cold via transit. Exceptional service, and meat quality was very good.I will be ordering from here again soon, keep up the great work.

The meat arrived opened, as you can see. Therefore, this meat was contaminated. I contacted Evergreen Foods, 6 days on and they have not refunded me my money back. Am still waiting.
