We wanted to enquire about a replacement 6 burner bbq for our old Swiss Grill model which has served us well for many years. Got to say the service in the BBQ barn was second to none. Great range of products, supported by very knowledgeable people who are happy to help.Every question and concern was answered, and now we cant wait for the delivery of our new Whistler BBQ.Can’t thank them enough and would recommend BBQ barn as the go to place for all your BBQ and outdoor kitchen needs.Great service

Been looking for a part for my ozpig for the longest time now couldn’t find it anywhere until I walked in bbq base and not only did I find what I was looking for was treated amazingly well by the knowledgeable staff and couldn’t be happier. Will only be going there from now on for all my bbq needs. Massively recommend

So pleased we found this shop. After months of waiting then being let down by another supplier, we found Dave at the leigh-on-Sea branch who was very helpful and knowledgeable. To our surprise the items were in stock and delivered the following week. We will definitely recommend and be using BBQ Barn again.

Fantastic customer service.I had been trying to find a replacement hood thermometer for my Weber BBQ for months without success. I had tried eBay, Amazon, Weber direct but had made no progress. With one phone call to BBQ Barn they were able to contact Weber, order me a new one and confirm that the BBQ is under warranty so there would be no charge from themselves or Weber.This was great customer service and they went above and beyond to help me even though there was not a penny in it for them.I will definitely come to BBQ Barn for all my future BBQ needs!

Great variety of anything to do with barbecue.Excellent service friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.The layout of the shop is very organised, quite impressive!!Definitely recommend.

Great shop, with really knowledgeable and friendly staff who took the time to understand my needs and make recommendations based on that and not on what would be the biggest sale item. There is obviously a real passion for bbq got a weber from here and will be back for all the accessories. Great shop
