Came in a couple weeks ago to buy some furniture, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ben in particular went above and beyond with helping picking out the right bed and couch and making sure I could have it for my moving day, he even managed to get me a loan sofa until mine arrives! Highly recommend this store and the team, thank you guys!

It is so refreshing to deal with a company who genuinely regard customer satisfaction as a priority. This was the first time we had used this company and have been very pleased with the help we always received from any of the staff we met. We have had a few issues with the quality of some items of a dining set we ordered from Furniture World and they have been patient and consistent in trying to resolve all issues to our satisfaction. The Store Manager and Leanne have always been helpful by keeping us informed of the progress and arrival dates of replacement furniture. Furniture World would definitely be our first choice when we next need furniture (if they will have us back).

Had a great experience at Furniture World to buy a bed.....the sales guy Ben was very helpful & professional ....great knowledge of all products. Efficient service from the store right through to the bed mattress & headboard being delivered. Great service.

Took my mum here to have a look for a new sofa. Lovely furniture there, the salesman 'Kevin' was really lovely. Gave us the time we needed with my mum. Very patient with a good sense of humour. They were all very helpful. Excellent service from them at all times

Been down twice lately. Bought a bed set from Daisy (spelt right I hope)Wonderful lady, really helpful. Bed delivered by great couple of guys.Day or so ago went again and got bedroom furniture from Matt (and Daisy) Matt superb throughout and really looking forward to the furniture arrival.Both these guys are a credit to FW and I'm sure I'll be back again soon

I've just purchased a bed from Furniture World and I must say the customer service was exceptional. The bed was in the sale and heavily discounted, a real bargain. On the plus side, they delivered it free.As a real supporter of local companies, it's nice to get that personal touch. The staff always make you feel like your purchase matters. That's how I feel whenever I go in-store.Keep up the good work Furniture World.
