Absolutely fantastic store!! The customer service and time staff take to help and answer your questions is beyond anything you’ll experience in any other retailer!They are friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is to much troubleI’ve shopped here for years and always look forward to a visitThey have occasional sample sales too which are amazingRecently, I was given loads of info and advice as I was considering step on bindings and boots. There was no pressure to buy only advice and if I do buy I will not go anywhere else!I’ve also had advice on my snowboard which I assumed was too much for my level and confidence but the staff member Alec knew right away from my description of the issues that it had in fact been poorly servicedIt’s now with Ellis Brigham as we speak being serviced and repaired and they’ll help perfect my stance and bindings on collection of my boardBrilliant store and staffHighly recommend

I visited the Braehead Ellis Brigham store last Saturday afternoon & had the most enjoyable ski boot fitting with Johnson. Nothing was too much trouble & himself & Chris & the other colleagues were truly knowledgable & made the whole experience really relaxed & we had a good wee laugh throughout. I would highly recommend the services & products offered in store, after purchasing a host of skiing items on top of my new boots. The ski wax service was also exceptionally quick & no hassle. We bought 2 pairs of ski boots at the weekend and Jhonson was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in fitting us with the correct shoes! The service was far above and beyond what I expected when buying a pair of boots. We will certainly be back again and recommending this shop to fellow skiers.

Staff were pleasant but couldn't really help me get fitted because of a size issue, not their fault but I had to chase them up later for a definitive answer. For the future it would be helpful if you could specify on the booking email to 1) bring ski socks, 2) size range you do cater for, to avoid wasting everybody's time.

Helped a couple of weeks ago by Chris who sorted out issue with my husband's ski boots and also tweaked mine. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No hard sell, genuinely aiming to give advice. Any purchases we have made there have been supported by great staff who take time to understand your needs, whether it's boots, goggles or skis. Definitely worth a visit for all your outdoor needs.

I never normally write reviews but I thought I had to after my experience with Victoria in Ellis Brigham. From start to finish she was absolutely brilliant helping me find the perfect pair of ski boots, my feet are a weird shape so not many boots fit well but with Victorias expertise and patience we managed to find and then mold the perfect pair of boots for me! Great customer service, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful, thanks very much

Just outstanding!... i have just purchased a new pair of Atomic ski boots from Aaron and the team at Braehead. I had read about their boot fitting service which is why i opted to use this company, to ensure i got the right fit and the experience was even better than i imagined. I spent 2.5 hours being measured, trying on different boots, having custom foot beds made and then the inner boots heated up to help mould to my foot shape. At all times Aaron was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A great customer experience and a shop I will definitely re-visit as/when i need other gear replaced! A well deserved 5 stars!!

Exceptional customer service and helpful, knowledgeable staff. After each was carefully explained I had bindings mounted on my new skis and couldn’t be happier. I was also in the market for new goggles and was given lots of time and an experienced run through of all the benefits of each brand. Have always had exceptional service here.

My son was fitted today by Jack. He was superbly knowledgeable and understood his requirements for a boot that could accommodate his feet pre and post surgery as well as work for a season's instructing. We weren't rushed through the process. Top fitting!
