The ticket machine was not working. The office was closed. There are no toilets. The only good thing was that it had a small snack / drinks kiosk with good customer service.

Great coffee, staff are lovely and friendly too. Decent food if you are hungry as well. I visit as regularly as possible for my morning caffeine fix.

It's a small, 2 platform train station with a toilet that is always locked and a very cheap Coffee shop that's worth purchasing from.

I've ordered my food and when I arrived to pick it up the person was sat using the mobile phone and said he forgot my order. I've waited around 20 minutes to get my order done! I'm really upset! If I ordered it on-line it means I didn't have time to waste waiting! The worst place ever in London to have food.

Would be great if they, like everybody else it seems, did NOT serve it scalding hot. Otherwise pretty exceptional as railway coffee options go!

Went there this lunchtime for the second time and had to leave a review. Simo is a really friendly guy and the standard of the food is exceptional. Lovely seeded sausage and egg baguette, piping hot, very, very reasonably priced, this place is a hidden gem in the area.
