Excellent waxing experience as always. Technicians are very professional with their technique so pain is more manageable. Definitely recommend. As always very friendly and very relaxed atmosphere.

I've been for full leg wax.The therapist Becky is very caring and friendly. Waxing been done very quick,it took about 30 mins. Was painless at all. She is truly professional.Thanks a lot.Will definitely come again.

Very disappointed.Had a lash lift and tint and was left with hardly any difference. After a patch test/ consultation, I asked if I would receive a noticeable difference and the woman said I’d receive a “very noticeable difference” and said how good it would look. After the treatment there was no difference, waste of money. Also I got overcharged and when I confronted them about it I got told to “pop in salon or call us” for my money back when I literally went on holiday 2 days after. When I confronted them about how unhappy I was they triedgaslighting me into saying how the results I received was “normal”. Don’t botherUpdate: 12/09/23 - 3 weeks after treatment.After following my “aftercare” for eyelashes and doing what was advised for me to keep them in shape. Half of my eyelashes have fallen out or have been shaped diagonally! Looks awful. All of this and still wasn’t even given at least 25% of my money back.

Another fantastic treatment at The Beauty Studio by the lovely Leanne. Leanne always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and is always so friendly and approachable. Super happy with my treatment and can’t wait for the next one x

Booked a Decleor expert facial after reading recommendations online. Completed pre appointment form re skin and any issues. Difficult to locate salon as no sign visible, enquired in hairdressers and found out the Beauty Studio was over the shop. First impression of salon good, clean and peaceful.Told the beauty therapist that wasn't sure I had booked the right facial for my skin and asked that she could advise me after an assessment of my skin. No assessment took place and no questions asked as to any concerns I had re skin. The room was not lit and the blinds were down. Instead my back and neck was massaged for approx 15 mins, followed by my decolletage, including earobes! Dear god!Finally had the facial, I can't describe what this consisted of other than I presume cleansing, facial massage, exfoliation and a mask as none of this was explained during the process.When the face mask was in place oil of some sort was applied to the crook of my elbow and forearm. A step too far for me and I had to request this stopped. I was there for a facial not a body massage although I did wonder!During the final part of this long tedious treatment, 75 mins, the therapist informed me that there were treatments available that were results driven. Funny as I had hoped that for paying £65 that I would see some benefit. At the end of all of this I had to ask for a mirror to see the results, no difference to my skin. I was assured that my blocked pores etc would improve in possibly 24 hrs. Well they haven't and it's been 3 days now. I shall now give myself a facial and it will be results driven! Needless to say I will not be returning to the Beauty Studio, I shall return to Beautology in Bristol where you do get results every time.

I highly recommend the beauty studio, the team are so professional and friendly! Ive had a few different treatments now and have always been super happy with the results. Rachel has done most of my treatments and she’s fantastic. I’ve also had treatments with other members of staff and they’ve all been great :) x

I always have a lovely massage my Molly. I have been going to the beauty studio for a few years and every time I go I am made to feel welcome. Molly is very professional and has a bubbly and very friendly personality. This make the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!
