I found Donna on The Only Curls interactive map and was overjoyed to find someone reasonably local to me that has a real understanding of how curly hair needs to be cut and styled.The whole experience from making the appointment to leaving the salon was just so positive and I can honestly say my hair has never looked better than when I left Snips. I was fortunate to have bid on and won a luxurious hair treatment at a local auction - and boy the time spent there under Donna's expert hands didn't disspapoint - how I managed to stay awake was beyond me, the head massage was insanely good. Donna is so warm, welcoming and knowledgable, knew what treatments to use in my hair, all of the products used are organic and smell divine. I would highly recomend her salon (which looks amazing too) and her service. Also, all covid protocol adhered to which made me feel extremely safe. Thanks Donna x

I have been to Snips twice and on both occasions Donna has been absolutely fabulous. This lady really knows her stuff!!I used to go to a reputable hairdressers in Cardiff for years and despite my requests for going lighter they never managed it without damaging my hair.Donna took her time to find out exactly what I wanted and what my hair is like etc etc.On first attempt she cracked it and left my hair a beautiful blonde and in such a lovely and soft condition. The second time she achieved fantastic results.Whilst I live 2 hours away, the beautiful drive is well worth it to have such a capable lovely hairdresser.

Donna is brilliant and so professional. She has looked after mine and my families hair for years and always talks about our hair types and how to care for them along with cutting, dying etc

I have had my hair done by Donna a few times to go to a dark brown from being red. She took the time to thoroughly go through our plan of action for my hair to get to the exact colour I wanted. She did a brilliant job each time and was very professional and so I would highly recommend Donna to anyone needing a great hairdresser.
