I had a leak on the roof around the soil pipe and rain water was leaking into the house yesterday morning. Being Sunday morning nobody would answer the call. But Steve was recommended by a colleague, ptomptly answered the call, his team came and checked it yesterday and sorted it today.Thank you to Steve and team for their highly professional quality work. Rude on the phone. Didn’t turn up. Wouldn’t bother from the vibe I got. Saying he would get back to me but never did.

I got a response on the same day I emailed the company. I had a problem with overflowing guttering. Ryan called at the house and solved the problem immediately. It turned out to just be a blockage from leaves. He wouldn't take any money (just a cup of tea!!) but also advised about possible solutions to avoid a repeat of the problem. REALLY pleasant, helpful guy. Many thanks again, Ryan.

We had a leak on our roof and I was worried it was going to be an expensive job, Ryan came to give me a quote and he was so helpful and reasonably priced. He fitted us in really fast and was so friendly and professional. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend to others.

This company doesn't deserve any stars but had no choice but to put one as it won't let me put none. My elderly mother was supposed to have a guy come round to fix the flashing on her roof which as she explained was causing water to enter the property and needed fixing asap. She was quoted a price by mouth, NO written estimate, totally unprofessional for a start.... On the day he was supposed to turn up to do the job there was no sign of him way past the time of the time of arrival agreed. So she's rings up to politely find out where the chap was and was greeted with an extremely frosty reception from 'the boss', she was told off for ringing him on a Sunday even though that was the day they'd stated the job would be done and was then told that the guy who was supposed to come and do her roof had gone down to another part of the country on another job!!!! How very unprofessional and not to mention extremely bad mannered!!!! Totally unhelpful supposed 'boss' with a bad attitude problem. If you want custom try not talking to your customers like C**P!!!!! And don't mess your customers around telling them you'll send someone to do the job if there's absolutely no intention of that happening!! Absolute bunch of cowboys, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Brilliant response, very quick to arrive and acomplish the job in hand. Very friendly staff, polite and professional. Highly recommended and will pass to friends and neighbours. Thank you.

Promised a quote by sunday, a week later still no response.

This company have my deepest gratitude for their assistance to my husband when he fell off his bike outside their premises. He was very shaken and distressed: had cuts, abrasions and bruises ,all of which they tended. Then they went one step beyond kindness and consideration, loaded him and his bike into their van and drove him home to his door. Absolutely outstanding care in these cautious times. I cannot say enough in their praise, except to hope their benevolence is spread throughout Wirral.
