Fantastic experience at tyres R us today. What a lovely bunch of lads that work here. I was served by Dan, very friendly hard working. I was recommmed here by a colleague. Why would you go anywhere else. These guys have so many 5 star reviews. I wanted to show my appreciation to. Thank you Dan for your kindness today. It was lovely to meet you.

Great service. Guys are really busy so i had to wait about 2h and Booking is nit an option for tyre change.New tyre fitted was losing pressure so I went back and they fixed it almost straight away (for free of course).They do alignment too. Great guys and great price. Will come back!

Be careful going to these guys. The mechanic kicked my tyre really aggressively to take them off my new VW. I really am hoping there is no damage. Really disappointing considering the reviewsEdit; Although the manager did have a word with the mechanic, the latter followed me to my car and then started becoming aggressive for telling the manager. He facetiously stated that he will make a claim against me for kicking my car which he claims had damaged his leg! Incredibly unprofessional, and will never go back here.

I would not ever go back there. Within 3 weeks I've had to change my tyres. They say its brandnew tyres costing 50 pounds but turns out they wear out faster than second hand tyres. Tyres are not quality. The car alignment was done by yourselves and four tyres were also changed by yourselves so not sure how the alignment would be the issue and not the tyre. I'm not saying the tyres are expensive but like you said cheap tyres last long too but quality ones. Your ones are brandnew and blasted not once but twice but thanks for your reply.

Took my daughter's 2006 vw polo,for wheel balancing to front wheels, due to vibrating and steering wheel. On waiting for an hour and a half before seeing someone which wasn't a problem, They then balanced the two front wheels, after this the car was a lot worse. Took it back the next day to tyres r us, explaining the car was a lot worse than before. At this, they suggested to me to get a mechanic to look at the car. The mechanic found a big screw in the drivers side front wheel, which was he said had most lightly been there for some time. He advised me to tell tyres r us, to repair the puncture and bring the two back wheels to the front.On going back to tyres r us, I told them what the mechanic had advised. At this they sent me to the back of the Queue snd i had to wait s further 2 hours until they finally fixed the puncher, They should have the day before and had the audacity to charge me again. After this the Car was still vibrating, so took it to another garage and they sorted the problem by moving the tyres from back to the front for free, this was not a big problem for them, however seem to be for tyres r us. I will never go back to tyres r us again. My daughters safety is the most important thing to me which these guys just didn't care about. Telling me I should sell the car because they where to lazy to do there job, it's somewhere I've used several times before without a problem but due to my daughter's safety and there reaction I will never go back.

A very busy place but good staff check for tyre availability prior to attendance. Came back here for 4 wheel alignment I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done Andy.
