The store is on the smaller size but there's still a good selection. Friendly and attentive staff.

If you ever need to return anything for good reason then AVOID buying from Trespass!I purchased a padded jacket that I really liked the look of but found the thin nylon seam was too close to the zip resulting in the fabric getting caught frequently. So when it happened AGAIN I took the jacket back to the store and after several minutes the shop assistant managed to free it. As the zip had got caught about 5 times in the 2 weeks I had the jacket I decided to ask for a refund as I was fed up with it and also worried about the zip damaging the jacket.I took the jacket back to the store in as new condition, with the purchase receipt, in its bag, and within the 21 days returns policy, however I did not take the tags as I didn't know they were needed as they are not in any other clothing stores.As the shop assistant managed to free the zip from the fabric and found that it did not get stuck again in the few attempts she made to zip up the jacket they denied that the jacket was faulty, so refused to provide a refund. They also telephoned the area Manager who also told them not to refund. So I was sent home with a jacket I wasn't happy with and will have to live with the zip sometimes getting stuck and possibly damaging the jacket. Considering the jacket was as new, I had the purchase receipt and returned well within the returns policy I felt really let down by Trespass. I will NEVER buy another product from Trespass after this, especially when there are so many other outdoor brands available.Just remember, if you purchase from Trespass you are STUCK with the product whether you are happy with it or not!

Very friendly staff and a good selection of outdoors paraphernalia and clothing. I have gotten a few backpacks from here over the years. Generally very good value for money.

Called in today, the staff very friendly and helpful. However for some reason despite it being a cold day, the Air Conditioning was on blowing cold air.On speaking to the staff they turn it off and it comes back on.In the store for about 10 minutes and my nose was cold, if you want people to stay and browse for goodness sake sort it out.How you expect the staff to work in there is bizarre.Not sure how this is good for the environment wasting all the energy.

Bought a shirt from Trespass which turned out to be too small, took it back 4 days later to be told returns are at their discretion" meaning what mood they are in on that day

I love going here, staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I buy lot of Trespass clothing, but will wait for sales as they can be expensive
