Quite an experience, especially more so at the month of Ramadan where we actually value and appreciate food. Been getting ready made meat and chicken all this month.. Very nice surprisingly.. A little treat for the family.. Nothing much to do, just cook and eat..

Larger Asda with lots of parking, really needs a refurbishment but plenty of choice in the store has a Subway and a dry cleaning shop by the car park. Good place to get an easy meal on way home. No petrol station at this store.

Not only the worst Asda going but by far the worst Supermarket going!Never any basics on the shelves, not even one bottle of milk this morning, obnoxious rude staff, trip hazards everywhere.Last time I’ll be going there for sure!!

Quite bad experience with unhelpful and unprofessional staff at self service point. Enormously long waiting time for someone who could authorise my shopping, just because they ve got one device / scanner on an entire shop! Not going back there again :(

Went to do shopping for while week in morning at 7 AM , used hand held scanning to do it quicker and save time.After all i went to checkout with shopping troley over £ 150 , staright to security check, Asda employees arrived after few minutes of waiting, they way it was doing was do slow, i am unable to lift heavy Irena on my right hand with was demand from Staff , is take all together about 15 min. as there was na issues with Gin purchased as we swap flavour while same price on an Item. Understaffed and no other options for shopping as checkouts no manned by anyone. Terrible experience and this is no first time at least half of the visits end up bery similar. AVOID

Always smokers right at the entrance and exit which gives you no choice but to breathe in that disgusting cigarette smoke if you want to enter or leave Asda. I have notified the staff every time but nothing ever happens. And too many homeless people by the entrance which gives it a bad impression. I may start to go to another supermarket from now on

On Sunday, I was having problems with the trolley shop and looked around for assistance when a colleague named Nathan noticed a red flight flashing and continued to ignore the sign whilst stood at the top until I had to wave him over. He walked over with a grumble on his face and didn't communicate at all. He appeared to have section leader written on his uniform, however despite being a section leader, he lacked the basic customer service skills required for the position.

OK Asda branch, its a bit dated inside, the cafe is cheap but it's not great food, though they have decent kids food offers. There is a decent range of stuff on sale, especially catering for the sizeable Asian local population. They have a design your own cake machine, where you can upload your photo, and it prints it onto an edible sheet you place onto your cake which is pretty neat.

Wish I could give no stars I've just had a fall and a member of staff ask if I was OK and if floor was slippy that's it not I go and sit you down get manager or first aid nothing .as we walk down an isle she said to two ther colleagues that i fell and they said nothing just carried on talking disgusting the service. My knee is bruised and sore and it's a knee I've had operation on
