Well well well.. Call yaself a fast food restaurant? Over half an hour wait, even when not busy. All because someone put my ticket to one side and ignored it! It's time McDonald's kicked the kids out and get the adults in to run the franchise... On top of this half the staff too busy talking to their pals on the customer side of the counter.

20 minutes’ wait . Order cold when I arrived home 4 miles away . Disappointed on this occasion. No apology for the wait . Nothing fast there . Restaurant clean on the whole . Not very busy , nor was the drive, hence the fact that I was annoyed to have to wait 20 minutes for my order ( just me as well) food looked decent on opening, just cold . Managed to reheat the burger but it didn’t taste good . As for the chips, they went dry .

Would give 0 stars if possible. Denied entry when it says open 24hours. Drive through coned off then opened up when multiple visitors arrived. Longest wait possible in the drive through. Laughable that apparently this is fast" food."

As always all McDonald's are very slow. They have recently renovated the place and it is nicer now. Friendly enough staff and it's cleaner now. The nearest other McDonald's is in Hanley. If you compare this one with that one - this one is much better, many times over.

Sadly I have to say it wasn't very nice. Stood there waiting for ages while the team produced a number of orders for various couriers to deliver. Then they seemed unable to get our full order together. Hence I think most of our order was ready and sat there growing cold while we waited for the last bit to be added; only to find this last bit missing when we got home!!! And yes the rest of it had been ready and left to go cold while we waited. So one of us had to go back out in the freezing temperatures to get that illusive last bit of our order.COME ON McDonald's, really!!! Not your usual service at all; or maybe it's just this store, let's hope so...

Both burgers were barely warm and had to be changed. The fries were nice and hot but were absolutely smothered in salt. The fresh orange drink was spot on. Both the bbq and tomato sauce containers were empty.

20 MNS for a burger . Was just about to cancel my order when it arrived . No apologies/ reason given , just a enjoy your meal " which wound me up even more .. I didn't really notice the atmosphere
