15 months down the line and still no further forward with the insurance claim for subsidence on the property. One formal complaint raised and likely to be another in the not too distant future. Good luck to anyone dealing with this company.

Would definitely give them 5 star. applied for paternity allowance through uber referral it was very easy got my money paid straight after 3 days of giving the birth certificate of my son.

Absolute diabolical company, 8 months and only 2 emails regarding water damage claim, will no doubt go through the ombudsman soon, should not be trading and farcical communication skills.I would suggest if your looking or have a policy which will have these rouges involved I'd strongly recommend you switch. Asap

I gave this company one star because I couldn't give zero.Our house has been hit by subsidence despite the claim submitted in autumn 2018 nothing has happened, constantly lied to by staff.My husband is 74 this year and I'm 71 we have been treated appallingly, AVOID THIS COMPANT LIKE THE PLAGUE.The most incompetent company I have ever come across. NO repairs,nothing!

Absolute sham of a company. They are nothing but con men. Good reviews found here have been left by their own staff members.18 months in and no further along with our claim. We have been lied to over and over again by them. We are now going to take legal action.
