What an amazing place. The staff were extremely helpful and had an abundance of knowledge. The cars at JM imports are a different league and speak for themselves.

Fantastic place. The team are car daft, understated valve, good reputation and will explain risk vs reward!! I’m from Edinburgh and highly recommend the trip for maintenance or anything more involved. In my opinion, they are as highly regarded as the fantastic Litchfield.

We came from Scotland today to remap an E63, and honestly what an experience!Just as we pulled up, Chris was there to welcome us and his hospitality was second to none. Showed us around this fantastic establishment and it truly is a car enthusiasts dream.From Lambo’s to full JDM GTR’s, these guys are specialists in the tuning and importing industry.We spend the day in Newcastle awaiting our car to be finished, and upon arrival once again we were greeted by Chris and were delighted to meet Jurgen and the rest of the team.Jurgen is a brilliant down to earth chap who is as genuine as you see on social media. He gave us his time, as did the rest of the JM troops and made us feel very welcome and is a true inspiration to any businessman, young chap or general car lover.On the drive home, the car felt much more powerful and it’s always a scary worrying task having your car modified but I would 100% trust JM with any car as they are professional and know exactly what they are doing. Other car companies should take note - customer service is what leaves a lasting impression.I hope one day I own a car that I can have tuned by the team at JM.Thank you for a memorable day and we will definitely be back!Zen and Adnan

Took my car to them to fix a stalling problem after car gets up to temperature on a fault that started after the car was rebuilt by them a while backissue has gone from once a blue moon to once every few months to weekly now to a point it happens vertically even journey over 20 milesso car booking in and was there for best part of 3 months £2000 later and a train journey up to Newcastle didn't even get it home before same fault occurred again stranded in middle of busy main road with no way to move the car until it cools and allows it self to start again.There response was to go drive around until it happens again and we can check the logs so again went out with the car this time stalling while on the motorway doing 60mph in moving traffic my a miracle coasted to the hard shoulder 45mins later I was able to get it moving and turn around to head home (30miles from home roughly) happened 2 more times on return journey which was extremely stressful and dangerous . So a fault they couldn't find has happened each and every time the car has been out getting more and more frequent it's impossible to drive it back to them and don't see why I should be out of pocket even more after handing over £2000 for a job that wasn't fixed.I am not a new customer to them I have had extensive work done totalling over £50k plus and this is how they treat their customers

Can not rate these guys highly enough, I have used JM-imports over the last year for syvecs ECU to be supplied and fitted Inc calibration very very good service from start to finish. covid-19 made things slow down but even in these troubling times communication was good and Jurgen got me back at the earliest opportunity to resume works. They have also supplied parts for the car with fast shipping and a fair price and always accurate. Would 100% recommend these guys and I will continue to use them going forward thanks again JM imports.

The best garage I've ever been to.I bought a imported audi S8 from JM just over a month ago and the whole process was flawless. Very respectful and friendly staff, from the moment I arrived I knew I'd be looked after. Car was waiting on the ramp for me to inspect. I identified a few minor issues and Jurgen got them sorted without question. Even after arriving home I noticed another small issue with the car and Jurgen didn't hesitate to send the part straight out. Absolutely in love with the car and it's running flawlessly.Would highly recommend JM imports to anyone out there.
