Always a wonderful experience at Tanz every time I visit. Even when the salon is extremely busy, the staff are always well organised and friendly.The staff are always on hand to give you help and advice on all available treatments in store.10/10 in customer service excellence

Great place. Staff are helpful and friendly. Plenty of products available. Never usually a very long wait for a bed. Lots of different beds available. Spray tans are amazing as well always come out looking like a bronzed goddess. Good prices also.

NIGHTMARE SPRAY TAN EXPERIENCEI recently visited Tanz for a spray tan in preparation for a big recital. Unfortunately, my experience at not one, but TWO different locations was an absolute NIGHTMARE! During my first visit to the Newington location, the spray tan booth malfunctioned and only sprayed half of my body. I was left panicking and rushed home to scrub it off. They offered me a voucher, and told me I could try another location in attempt to rectify the situation. My second visit to the Meadowbank location was even worse. This machine also malfunctioned, and I was left with blotchy tan droplets all over my body, running down my face and body. I cried on the way home. The worst part of it all was that the staff could not issue me a refund unless the manager was present. To the manager: please train your staff how to give refunds. This was ridiculous. You made one of your workers cry because she was so stressed out about not being able to issue me (and other customers who unfortunately were affected) a refund. This was absolutely horrifying and gave me PTSD. I will never be stepping foot into a spray tan booth again after this. 2 NIGHTMARE SITUATIONS IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AT TWO LOCATIONS!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS CHAIN FOR SPRAY TANS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Tanz Meadowbank is THE best... absolutely amazing, friendly staff, the sunbeds are brilliant and the shop is immaculate! A bright and cheery atmosphere eveytime I visit,I always look forward to going there for a sunbed or get my nails and brows done by the gorgeous Nadine!! You will not be disappointed - definitely worth a visit!! ❤❤❤❤❤

I was in this shop today 29/07/2023 one young girl working flat out no support busy queues etc - she was very professional on the ball and an asset to TANZ - I think there should be a tips jar on the desk that gets paid after end of shift to person that worked that shift or persons because if there was I would have left her a tip today ☺️

Busy salon but staff always take time to ensure that customers have everything they need including advice re products which may be suitable.
