Customer service is shocking I got my order for next day delivery and it never turned up still waiting for it and it 2 days later I rang up and all they said it’s not there fault they said it probably yes probably been missed of the van and asked me to phone the delivery company lol ME to phone I said it’s your problem am the customer and it’s down to you to phone not me . They can keep the product because I will never use this company again

Rick & the team are always prompt to answer any issues or queries that you might have and even guide you through what you may possibly require from them without the “Hard sell” if you don’t need it they won’t recommend it.They build a great community with the folk around their base and if you’re ever in town I’d strongly recommending visiting in person and the “shop” has a community feel like no other you’ll go to.Never SettleJoe

Hands down the best supplement company out there, service is impeccable, place an order and within 30mins it's getting shipped. I cant say enough good about them. Supportmax neuro is the best product I've found to date for stress management and general wellbeing, alongside supportmax joint, also being an amazing product for joint care, with noticable effects within a day of use. Great company with a wealth of knowledge and passion for what they do.
