Hopeless, awful and didn't seem to care at all . Booked in to have my tracking done at 1pm , during my lunch break . When I arrived I was told it would take 30-40 minutes as they were fairly busy . At 1.45 they hadn't even started to do the job , most of the service bays were empty and most of the staff were standing around chatting . Asked for my keys back , got no apology and no one there seemed to care . Will never go back there again , would give them 0 stars if I could for the dire customer service .

Worst services and utter cowboys . Fitted wrong tyres , then broke the clips on cv joint total mess . End up at mercedes with 850.00 bill . Worth a drive to Cambridge Formila one

Arrived from a pot hole disaster at 930 worried as left dogs at home thinking 20Minutes to drop off an oap. Chris on the desk pulled someone off a job to get me in and out on my way home 1030!! Brilliant human kindness and understanding. good price and just made my day so grateful thank you!!

I was unfortunate to fall victim to the potholes of Saffron Walden, Treadfirst were polite, professional and efficient in helping me get my vehicle back in the road with replacement tyres as soon as possible. Fantastic customer service and value for money.

Had a flat Tyre outside there shop and they was so rude and said they couldn't fit me in, even asked if they could put a tyre on the alloy and i would fit it myself they said no. please avoid. really unkind behaviour

They were so friendly when I called with a suspected puncture, fitted me in the next day. Everyone was courteous, they kept to time and repaired the tyre inexpensively. A really positive experience, they will be my first port of call in the future.

Have used them a few times and have always been happy. They do a quick job fitting tyres and the wheels have always been well balanced.However, after my most recent tyre change I noticed that they were very noisy. I put it down to the brand of tyre. After checking the tyre pressure they had been pumped to 38psi when the recommended pressure is 28psi. I adjusted the pressures and they no longer make a noise.

Went in and asked for a price for a Service, they didn’t ask me what type of service and wrote down ‘interim’ on paperwork, I asked them to change it to a full service and gave all my details. I was told that someone would call me within 3 days with a price. 8 weeks later and nothing, I took my business elsewhere!
