My family has been with this practice for 30 years, absolutely the best surgery in Coventry, I have never had to wait for an appointment, doctor's are friendly, understanding and generally care about their patients. The reception staff are lovely, so very helpful and considerate. Would NEVER change practice.

jubilee health Center and the Doctors are extremely professional and profisant.Dr.Dosanjh has a great bedside manner and explains in lay man's terms the process from start to finish of the plan that will be put in place to aid recovery.first class .

I have been visiting the Jubilee Health Centre for quite a while and I am quite happy with the service. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all friendly, polite, and helpful. I am able to get quick appointments when I call.The medical centre is always clean and well-equipped, and I always feel comfortable and safe throughout my visit.On my most recent visit, I saw Dr. Dosanjh was very helpful and attentive. He listened to my concerns and gave me clear and reassuring advice. He also explained everything in a way that I could understand.I would highly recommend Jubilee Health Centre to anyone looking for a good GP practice in Coventry.

I moved from my doctors of many years due to shocking service. I had my first appointment here and i was over the moon finally feeling like a doctor is listening to me! Very patient no rushing and went through everything with me not just sat there silence expecting me to know. I finally feel like i am getting somewhere now would highly recommend this practice

I have always received the best service from this practice and feel very well looked after. The Gp's, nurses and receptionists are always polite and professional.The triage service offered is excellent for when a face to face appointment is not necessary. I got both of my grown children to register too.Very highly recommended.Thank you.

Have just moved to this surgery as I had moved into the area, and they've already been fantastic. I ended up going to hospital last night, but they didn't help me at all so i was left in constant pain. I got a call this morning from Dr Dosanj and he properly understood and listened to me. He has now put me on the correct medicationvto help my conditions. Cannot fault how good and responsive this GP surgery has been.

Consultation was good but is not able to get the ointment. This particular medication is not available in any of the pharmacies. It's completely out of stock. So, my eczema is worsening. No pharmacy is providing any alternative to this medication. Betamethasone valerate 0.1% ointment.

i went in for my first meeting to try and help my mental health and change the phone numbers since i am now 18. during changing the phone numbers they sent my mum a suicide hotline number causing her to almost fly back from her holiday. the help i received was okay but sending my mother a message like they “on accident” is not okay
