dont usually use this burger king because the wait time is bad. todays visit sat in drive thru, was 4th car in queue and sat for 14minutes with first car not been served at the window for that period of time. fact the 1st 3 cars in front were queuing before i even placed order, they would of been there even longer than me, the first car only had a sibgle small bag so wasnt even a big order. total queue time was 20mins!!! as said other burger kings in ipswich are fine, just this one every time.atmosphere rating = well sat in car hungry waiting 20mins is not a great atmosphere

The service was really slow they served my friend and then i waited 8/9 mins before they came to me if they were busy i would understand but there was like 3 people in the store including us, received 2 warm drinks and 1 extremely flat, overall just bad customer expirince

Was close to closing time but the staff was happy to serve us, young chap very nervous and apologetic. Didn't have to wait long on drive through. We did originally go to the one at ransomes but the guy there was so thick! Didn't know what a loyalty card was and after we put our order in we are closing soon so no chicken royals are being cooked.""

First time I've EVER asked for a refund after 25 minutes of waiting.Was ignored by members of staff and then told I WAS RUDE!Although Google seem to want 200± word reviews now, which is kinda odd as I always find the shorter reviews kind of offer a better reflection of a place, never the less, who am I to question the might diety that is the Google algorithm, surely it now knows more about any of us as individuals than we do. But in some desperate attempt to appease the great Google gods I am extending by review way beyond the point where any of us are comfortable.Why you ask!Why do I do this?Because Google said I get a badge!

Don't have a phone number that works. Drinks machine always broken, drink either warm or no syrup, when order food always miss items or doesn't constrate on what been asked for eg no cheese as I'm lactose and tolerate and still have cheese in it, never had a happy experience with them the people who work in there needs to go to school to learn to read,
