Thank you for a stress-free shoe fitting for my 11 year old. They gave him lots of choice, asked his opinion and worked together to come up with a very smart school shoe. Even better they taught him a shoe tying technique for a left handed person. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have taken my grandson to see Kate and George since they first open. Max LOVES going to have his feet measured! With an awkward high instep, Max's feet can be tricky to fit correctly. However, we always leave happy with a great pair of well- fitted shoes. His first pair of school shoes are perfect. Thank you If the Shoe Fits.

Booked a shoe appt for my toddler after being recommended the shop by a friend. When me and my wife arrived with our son, we spoke to Kate and she was so helpful, gave us great advice and pointed us in the right direction of speaking to a Pediatrician first. Will recommend the shop to anyone

Booked in for a first show measument / fitting. Kate continued conversations with another regular customer countless times despite our 1 year old clearly getting restless, which I found particularly rude. They had no shoes in the right size/style so I asked what size she my child needed so I could try other styles. She kept saying I would guess..." rather than give an actual measurement which didn't fill me with much hope. When I said we would look elsewhere she just stood up and said "OK bye then" very rudely. Almost like she had no time for us if we were not spending any money in the shop. Whole experience was awful - little choice and poor service."

I love this shoe shop! I have bought trainers, walking shoes, sandals and summer shoes this year and have been delighted with the advice given and the shoes themselves. More recently I recommend that my son take his son there for school shoes. My grandson was fitted out and because of a delivery issue Kate kindly posted them to him as he is not local to Corsham. Thoroughly recommend If the shoe fits.

Excellent personal service on numerous occasions.Most recently following an accident on my bike and a requirement for me to have my shoulder. Immobilised, I called the shop enquiring about elastic shoelaces that could be used in existing shoes. The very helpful assistant accurately described the options available. 3 pairs were set aside for me. I am fortunate to live locally so arranged for them to be collected.A few days later, I was able to visit the shop wearing walking boots with the laces in and the fabulous owner/manager re-laced one of them for me to ensure that it was easy to get on and off.I’m so impressed that I’ll be returning to get a 4th pair!
