Claire is fantastic! I have a beautiful, 15 year old cat who has diabetes and requires 2 insulin injections daily. I’m so pleased to have found Claire to look after Marley when we go away. Knowing that Marley is in such safe, caring hands is such a relief. You can tell that Claire just adores animals, and the little updates and videos/photos when we’re away are so thoughtful.

Claire from Walkies Bude has been looking after my Whippet since he was a small puppy. She has helped with both consistent discipline and stimulating walks. My dog is always happy and tired after they spend time together. Claire provides regular updates via message, which helps put your mind at rest that all is well. I have had Claire look after my dog at my own home many times and she always treats the house with care and respect. She is also very flexible and good at communicating, which is especially helpful when trying to fit dog care around a busy and changing schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any of the services she provides.

We have an anxious dog and found it difficult to go out together. Claire has solved the problem for us. Our dog, Chewie, is happy to stay with her and is very happy in her company. It is good that Chewie trusts her and is more than happy to be left. Claire is calm and has obviously had a lot of experience with different animals. Highly recommended .

Claire has been popping in and keeping our cat company whilst we're away several times now. She provides an excellent service and is very reliable and trustworthy.

I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. I found it quite stressful leaving my 4 month old pup for the first time, but had to due to work commitments. On meeting Claire all my concerns disappeared seeing the wonderful way she interacted with Raya and the time she took to understand what her normal was. This was backed up by photos and updates on Claire’s two visits throughout the day. Her attention to detail and level of care are second to none and I feel lucky to have found someone I can trust .

We can't recommend Claire at Walkies Bude enough. Our cats both have feline leukaemia and therefore we cannot entrust their care to just anyone. Claire 'cat sat' for us for a week and with her extensive knowledge and experience in animal welfare we just knew they were going to be in the safest of hands. She's super friendly and highly professional, reliable and responsible. Cats can take time to warm to different people but our two took very little time to realise that they were onto a 'winner' with Claire and just adored her. Our advice - don't hesitate, book Walkies Bude today, you won't be disappointed in any way!

I highly recommend Walkies Bude. Claire is absolutely brilliant with Daisy and Mabel - they adore her and love their walks with her. They can’t contain their excitement and happiness when they see her. Claire is so calm and caring that even on the first time of walking Daisy and Mabel, they immediately felt settled, relaxed and happy to walk with her.

Although I haven’t met Claire in person, her love of dogs shows through clearly in her lovely text and photo updates when she has walked Jasper for us when we have been unable due to hospital appointments and recently when we’ve been away. My mum and daughter, who were at home with Jasper, assure me that Claire is indeed lovely and Jasper adores her. I know that she is 100% trustworthy, punctual and follows instructions reliably. Jasper’s loose lead walking is also much improved since Claire’s walks with him. We are so happy to have found Claire and would not hesitate to recommend her.
