I've had the pleasure of working with Cohen Cramer for the last few months and specifically Luke Holden who has managed my case. He and they have been clear, efficient and equally fully supportive of what we were trying to achieve.Luke met all the deadlines concerned exactly and kept me fully informed all the way through. I suspect slightly that I didn't get charged all that I might have done given that I am a pernickety soul - how daft am I to write that about a firm of solicitors??? - but I just wanted to point out that it was a clearly and well managed process.Thanks Luke and thanks Cohen Cramer for a job well done.

I asked for my full file and I arranged to collect it from your offices which is well out of the way. I collected what I was told was a full file only to fine that most of it was missing. When I say most I mean important documents. Court notes etc. I needed these on a tight deadline. You cost me hundreds of pounds for a solicitor to look through these to be told that vital information was missing. This is appalling behaviour. I then had a few days of firing emails back and forth until I got the missing information but by this time it was too late and the window of opportunity had closed. So thanks for that. This is peoples lives you are messing with. You also have a solicitor at your firm acting as a qualified solicitor yet he is only a para. I wont post those details publically.... yet. But that is not only unethical but is misleading for the public. If anyone is represented by this firm check your legal rep is registered on the SRA website.as for the breach in the GDPR I have reported you for this.

We had a brilliant service from Cohen Cramer, especially from Elizabeth! She dealt with everything in a very compassionate sympathetic manner and was very professional and knowledgeable. We luckily got our beautiful dog freed from the police!

Absolutely fantastic service. Attended court with me to ask for a change of ownership for my boy Kilo. (Exempt banned breed) Even had a cake sale in their office to raise funds for his kennel bill. Highly recommended and a fabulous service from start to finish. Wonderful people who Kilo and I can't thank enough.
