Been a customer for 15 years . Last 6 months takes 20 mins to get through on phone . Been waiting on a delivery for 2 weeks , still unable to give me a date for delivery and now low on oil , managers fail to return calls . Very poor service at present .

Had an account for over 8 years. Never experienced such dreadful service as this year. Ordered oil 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t come. Takes about 20 mins to get through to customer services if you’re lucky - but they can’t say when the oil will come due to supply issues and restructuring. No communications from their end, they don’t send updates via email/SMS. I can’t just cancel & order oil elsewhere as I’m in credit from direct debits over the summer months. Very frustrating. As soon as (if) I receive delivery I shall cancel my account and use another company. Avoid!

Service used to be amazing. Now it's terrible. 15 minutes or more to get through to anyone. You get told your delivery will be before next Thursday, leaving them a week to deliver, and it doesn't turn up. Also their prices have increased so much, absolutely shocking. Dreadful company to deal with now.

We started using them 3-4years ago and was originally happy with their service. Over the last 18 months or so the service has become increasingly poor. We set up a plan to pay them every month so we did not get a large invoice twice a year. On discussion with friends and family regarding what they were paying per litre for oil, we checked the prices we were paying and were shocked that we have been paying over and above what other suppliers were offering. Now before placing an order we need to “shop around” and argue the cost, despite being a regular customer. 2 weeks ago we called for a delivery and whilst can appreciate the issues currently, a price was not given but I was assured that a manager would call me back and 24hrs before delivery we would be given the price. The fuel was delivered yet no price agreed, called them several times before eventually being given a price but again dearer than other suppliers, who were actually able to give a quote on first call.It is a shame that the HQ are not as polite and professional as the drivers.

One star feels too many. Have been a customer for 20 years but this will probably be the last time i order from them. Placed an order end of September and at that time they were offering scheduled deliveries 3 weeks hence. Our delivery was booked for 18th October. It didnt turn up, we didnt get a phone call, just a no-show. We called the following day, they could not deliver because of the driver shortage blah blah blah! It took another fortnight+ and 12 phone calls before we eventually had a delivery. What a shambles.

Customer of Watson fuels for years spending £25,000- £30,000 per month. Deliveries simply do not turn up at all and our lorries are left empty needing to use garages.It is clear Watsons do not have any type of customer service and we will be taking our business elsewhere.Northants Concrete Group

Very reliable & efficient service. I had run low and asked for a quick delivery, I was given a target date a week later, but they managed to squeeze me in a couple of days early on the end of a run. Happy customer!

Appalling service from Northampton depo, the staff on the phones are understanding and helpful but the management need a rocket... ordered and paid for fuel in plenty of time, its now been two weeks with missed confirmed delivery deadlines and still no fuel. To save fuel we are now only running the heating for an hour in the evening to keep warm. We rely on warmth to stop me having spasms. VERY Poor management at the end of the day.Wouldn't recommend them if you have a medical problem that rely on keeping warm.

HOW do you run a business when calls are never answered ?! Brixworth depot simply don’t answer the phone …. Not ever ! Average wait before hanging up is 20 minutes a time. Don’t you have staff ?

Been on the phone to the customer services team at the Northampton depot to find out when my oil delivery is coming - 1hr and 16mins later STILL no answer despite the silly robot man telling me how important my call is and that it will be answered in the order it was received! Dreadful,dreadful non existant service!!!! As a previous comment states one star is too much"!!!"
