This company is totally unreliable, first job they repaired fitted and completed then informed us that there was another fault with the window so that would need doing soon, why not have rung and said they had found 2nd problem so it could have all been fixed at same time? Second job came round usual quote off top of head with the comment for cash and has yet to appear to do job three weeks later even tho they were coming the next day seriously it either has not been done well or has not been done at all x

Awful. Asked him to replace a window panel in my back door with the same panel and install a cat flap. Price went up several times from initial quote, and then demanded full payment even though the job wasn't completely finished and swore blind he would be back to finish that job after he'd collected the materials from a supplier.It's been 4 months and he is refusing to answer any communication when I ask when he is coming back. I am planning to take him to small claims court if I don't hear from him.

Broken windows immediate service great price good price good job all round

If you want professional, then this is NOT the company you want to install your windows. Our house is pebble dash, but the window installer took the executive decision without consulting us to put plastic on the returns because he couldn't be bothered to repair the render that came off when installing the windows. So some windows now have plastic, others pebble dash. To make matters worse, his silicone job is amongst the worst I've ever seen. Our house is grey, he used white and so the awful job he did really shows. And the icing on the cake - he told my husband the silicone could be painted over, which was a lie. I can get incompetence, but this level of dishonesty is inexcusable.

Was recomnended Terry by my plumber and he fitted a time slot after a cancellation. Completed the job quickly and effectively with his 28+ years experience. Very reassuring, even gave me his direct mobile if there are any problems further down the line with the replacement hinges. Super and a great service.

Terry and his team were great. Highly recommend it.
