I needed new locks put in after purchasing a house and Luke responded quickly and was great! Brilliant local business and very professional, quick and efficient. Luke helped me out on a Saturday when no one else was available. It took some time for him to pick it but atleast we didn’t have to replace the lock. He seemed to have a good kit and could try different options.

I needed locks changed on a Sunday in a property that I'm landlord of, but I live 100 miles away. I phoned several local locksmiths I'd researched on Google and Luke was the only one who was in any way helpful and sounded professional. He went out of his way to ensure the locks I was describing would fit on the nominated day by visiting the flat with tenants in situ to measure up. On the Sunday of handover he arrived promptly and changed the locks very efficiently. I was very happy with the service provided and can definitely recommend Champion Locks - if I lived nearer I would definitely use him again. Five star service.

Couldn't repair lock.Once he realised he couldn't charge for the job he was out the door in a flash and left the old lock in a terrible state, hanging out of the lock, with no attempt to make good.When challenged afterwards by text message he said It's being replaced anyways".Not a really good enough response for a shoddy job.As he was leaving he promised a referral to someone who could fix the lock. I had to follow up after not receiving this and got the following response:"Please have all look on Google / Checkatrade for a UPVC locksmith or UPVC door person who can replace your existing mechanism / lock."Only after following up twice more were these sent."

Went out of their way to help when I got locked inside my flat - really reassuring and quick to respond, would recommend!

Would highly recommend Champion Lady Locksmith. Called and explained what was happening with my lock, after requesting photographs, she was able to diagnose the problem and was at my home within a couple of hours (would have been much sooner if I was available). Absolutely brilliant customer service, extremely friendly and very tidy. My door was fixed quickly and professionally and I will absolutely use you again! Thank you!

Told me three times they would provide a number for me to send pictures to and then on the fourth call told me to find someone else and hung up. My call is now going to voi email. The most unprofessional experience possible.

Amazing service. I had an issue opening my lock from inside. Called Champion Locks and talked to Luke. Within two mins he text and I shared a picture.
