Just picked up my Astra VXR from club class, having dealt with Mark specifically. From start to finish he was extremely helpful, in sending photos of the car before it was prepped to also waiting patiently until I could pay off the finance on my car to part ex.Mark also kindly made a change to the car prior to the sale and the car was prepped nicely ready for me to collect. I had a very good experience purchasing my car from Club Class Cars York.Upon arrival we were provided with refreshments (we had travelled a fair distance) prior to looking at the vehicle.There was never any pressure or hard sell tactics, Mark took me through the process step by step and at no stage was he rushing to get to do the deal. Both my wife and I took the car out for a test drive for which Mark was flexible on how long or short a test I wanted.I purchased the car with no fuss and drove away as a happy customer that evening.Unfortunately when I got home the battery hadn’t been charging and deemed to be faulty. I contacted Mark and he asked me to contact a local specialist to replace it. I have done this and they will reimburse me. This shows good post sales support. Would like to thank them for making the process so easy. Would certainly recommend and would use Club Class Cars York again in the future.

Had a very pleasant and relaxed buying experience at the dealership. Mark has been excellent in understanding our needs and showing us both cars. We first came a month ago to look at a different spec and colour 4-series where we didn’t feel pressured to buy it at all. We were able to walk around and sit in it on our own without having anyone breathing down your neck.Can definitely recommend to anyone who likes a friendly, relaxed yet professional atmosphere

Excellent service from start to finish. I was picked up at York station and quickly driven to view the vehicle. Friendly and respectful staff, Mark explained all aspects in clear detail with no sales pitching. The car was in excellent condition and has been a pleasure to drive. An easy transaction buying the car and good warranty standards. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Club Class again.
