Field House Logs
Received delivery today of 3 of kiln dried logs which failed to fill my log store where previously it was full and I had ½ a bag remaining. After contacting Ben I was disappointed to be told that he had reduced the bag size.. Must have caught the shinkflation bug shame the price didn’t shrink to suit.

Field House Logs
We've had two orders from FHL, one of kiln dried and one of regular hard wood. Both have seemed excellent and burned great in our wood-burner. The logs were a bit of a mix of sizes but generally fairly large lumps suitable for a modern stove.Delivery in both cases was winthin 48 hours and the driver was helpful and friendly, as was the person I ordered with over the phone.

Looks like this company has stopped trading. We paid for some logs and kindling to be delivered and had no communication and was unable to make contact. Thankfully after a few weeks PayPal gave us the £140 back. Be careful.

I received a large dumpy bag of kiln dried hardwood. The wood is very dry, good sized logs. There were a few large bits that will need a visit from an axe but happy with the wood and price with free delivery means I’ll be ordering again. Thanks.

Field House Logs
Sadly my local log supplier had retired so I decided to try FHL after speaking to Ben. I am a retailer and purchased a pallet to sell in my store. The prices initially seemed higher but my previous supplier offered softwood whereas FHL offer hardwood which obviously lasts a lot longer. The process was straight forward and both Ben and the lady in the office were very helpful and they were delivered with no hassle at all.

I used this place a couple of times to order logs with no problem. However, I placed an order in July and now, late September am still chasing either the delivery of my goods or a refund of my order. There is rarely an answer on the phone with no possibility of leaving a message and numerous emails have gone unanswered. I am considering going through my credit card to report as fraud as still no goods for my money.Edit note:. After leaving this review, my wood arrived shortly after. It's a real shame it took so long and came to that point.

Ordered from Fieldhouse Logs after being let down by my other local supplier and I'm delighted with both the logs and the customer service. Fieldhouse are easy to speak to if you need to get hold of them, unlike other suppliers. The logs have arrived, are perfectly sized for small and medium log burners and have been left exactly where I wanted them to be left. I'm looking forward to a roaring fire tonight - which I wouldn't have had if I'd relied on my previous supplier! Thank you!

Good dry logs delivered at the prescribed time. Fair price and gave me a hand to get them in the garage.If you do have an issue they will do their best to rectify it, but don’t rely on them to ring you back as they haven’t on three previous occasions, I’ve had to ring them.

Superb service! I ordered logs on Thursday morning expecting a delivery on Sunday as normal. I did ask FHL if this would definitely happen as I was running really low and the weather was near freezing. I was so grateful that FHL took time to bring forward the delivery and dropped my logs off in the normal spot on the Friday! An absolute life saver!Old fashioned service always feels great! Thank you so much.
