Fantastic service from start to finish. We needed a new kitchen door, and composite front door so we popped into HomeGlaze and was greeted by Jay, who was so helpful. We had our new doors installed two weeks after the survey and the installers did a first class job. The doors are great quality, and the installation workmanship is excellent. We’re extremely happy with the results. Overall the whole experience was amazing - I’d highly recommend, and would use them again!

The whole experience was great. From the initial meeting with Jay, who replied to our calls and stuck to the appointment, we were hopeful that this would be a great service and we were right! When the surveyor came he spent a lot of time and care ensuring that everything on the plan was exactly as we wanted. The window fitting team, Paul and Danny, were efficient, friendly, extremely tidy and worked tirelessly to complete the work within the time frame to a high standard. The aftercare was also excellent. We love our new windows and couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

From start to finish, the whole project was carried out professionally by the whole team. They were friendly, on time and left everything tidy after they left. I would recommend them without reserve.

We had our windows installed earlier this year by the team at Homeglaze and have waited until the winter to leave an honest review on the windows and installation.The good bits:The fact that you only have to pay a third up front and nothing else until you are “happy”.The salesman was non pushy, really consulted us with good ideas and nothing was too much trouble.Everyone in the showroom was great, made to feel like a worthy customer.The windows are amazing, our home is so much warmer than last year. Aesthetically beautiful and we have had lots of compliments about how our house now looks. (We had flush casement windows).The not so good bits:From day one we had issues with how the windows were installed, very hurriedly and lots of mistakes were made.We had a 4 page snagging list that WE had to make and point out to them.They were not all small things (we let many of them go)Windows in wonky, glass with scratches, windows not closing, front door frame was installed wonky, had to be taken out and redone.In fairness they fixed everything but it took about 12 revisits, so you need a lot of patience, persistence and be prepared to give up many hours to accommodate the many visits.We chose Homeglaze on the strength of their reviews, the windows are amazing and everything got done in the end but it felt like a tedious slog.

Wanted my kitchen window (on the second floor) replaced with a window with a hole in the vent light in which an exhaust fan is fitted. Homeglaze made the vent light pane with toughened glass as otherwise it may crack.There were some problems fitting the fan in the vent light pane, However, Homeglaze overcame the problems cheerfully, despite the additional cost to Homeglaze, till I was completely satisfied.Homeglaze is a professional company that that treats the customer’s satisfaction as very important.

Excellent service from Homeglaze Home Improvements. We had a new kitchen door fitted. The fitters were courteous and polite and did a wonderful job. They tidied up after the job and we would have no hesitation in recommending Homeglaze Home Improvements or using them again. A truly professional company!

I’ve just had the second phase of my installation completed and I couldn’t be more happy. The windows and doors look fantastic and I could feel the benefit immediately. First Class Service. First Class workmanship. James and George are 2 top top fitters. Their Motto is we aim to please. Any requests are met without further ado. The materials they use are 100 per cent sound. Dave the Sales Manager came round on 4 occasions to discuss our plans before we gave them the go ahead for work to commence. If you decide to employ Home glaze you will not regret your decision.

Fitted a composite door nearly 2 years ago. Had an issue arising with the door and frame within the last week. Called Homeglaze 2 days ago and they sent someone out today. Fixed the issue, and completed other checks so issue should not happen again. Would recommend this company as the aftercare is amazing!
