Great service, spoke to HP for an hour couldn't provide any decent advice other than switch on and switch off. Service was super responsive and fixed the issue very quickly.

The price is not cheap, but the service and speed is excellent! This is the fourth time I've used their services for various issues and this time my laptop was completely bust. Corrupt hard drive and loss of all my data (I didn't have a back up). It was collected at 1pm and at 11.30pm on the same day I received my fixed laptop with all my data recovered. Thank you Aamir! You are doing an excellent service!

Would Highly Recommend. Great Service. Called at 7 this morning, Someone came out this afternoon and was able to fix the issue (overheating CPU). Very happy with the outcome and if I'm unfortunate enough to have any further PC problems I will be contacting Geeks Callout.

The screen of my laptop got broken up just before the lockdown 2.0. I have contacted Geeks Callout London based on the previous reviews here. They have been very reactive, picked up my laptop on the day of my call, provided me with advice on the quality of the screen replacements available and based on my requirements, gave me a reasonable quote. Within 24h, my laptop was fixed and returned to me! I highly recommend their services.

My MAC had water damage, I rang geeks call out, My laptop was collected within the hour. I received photos of the damage and a detailed call from Aamir to explain exactly what had been affected, and what my options were for recovery including pricing. My Mac is fixed and all of my data was restored all in a few hours. I received my fixed laptop within the same day. It is pricey, but you are paying for a reliably good service with a great customer experience and very prompt turn around.

When I went to drop off my device to get it fixed, I discovered that the business did not exist. In fact, it was a private property, and the people there had no knowledge of any registered business operating from that address. Therefore, I strongly advise against using their services. It's important to always verify the physical location of a business and ensure they have a registered business address before entrusting them with your device.Should be reported to HMRC and Company house as no information found online.

I contacted Geeks Callout London about a Dell Battery replacement - Aamir was very quick to respond and quote for the correct part I needed. He worked round my schedule and replaced the laptop over night so it didn’t interrupt my work. Also the courier service to collect and drop my laptop back was perfect. I can highly recommend.
