Always clean, and well staffed, friendly too! I don't even mind paying for some of the recycling as I know it's the right thing to do. The booking system seems to work really well, ever since it was put in place there hasn't been a need to queue.

Visited here today and the site was impeccably clean and tidy . Staff are there on your arrival to assist you on where each type of household rubbish belongs . Easy peasy . Highly recommend this site staff extremely polite

Really friendly staff, I like that you have to pre book as it cuts down all the queues. Everything laid out well, only downside is the lanes are a tad tight if you have a large vehicle.

The team of guys today were excellent as always.As a nurse i am no shrinking violet when it comes to moving and handling. I could lift most things but they were always helpful and couteous and guided me well. The center is well organised, clean and accissible. As i cannot open my back door on the car at the moment i have to use a trailer, and this is also no trouble. Well done Richborough RC. Xx

Arrived on time for my booking. Not busy at all. Disposed of refuse quickly. Site was well signed posted and clean and tidy.

I do think it is much better with booking slots because we get to unload cars with more room not so cramp as before lock down as my car has wheel chair ramp it is lovley and easy and staff was polite and very helpful thank you

Usual household waste site. Work taking place to parking area when visiting, so limited space. Rumour it is under threat of closure.
