I’ve been training with Jake for almost a year now. I have never managed to be accountable before. Jake’s kept my training interesting, mixing it up when needed, focusing on specifics to get me to a certain point. In 10 months I’ve gone from barely ever exercising to counting down the days to train and doing Olympic Lifts. I’m loving the training and the guidance and support is invaluable. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to win 4 weeks of free PT sessions with Jake following a competition put on by himself and his colleagues, I am so thankful that I did and have since carried on further sessions after enjoying the first month so much. I look forward to every session with Jake, he has taught me so much and is always so encouraging throughout, he keeps the sessions fun and I always look forward to our catch-ups. Aside from the PT sessions, Jake has also helped me gain confidence in the gym as well as giving me nutritional tips which has led me to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. Previously, any training I have done has mainly been for a quick fix prior to a holiday, but Jake has taught me so many ways to have a slower and more effective transformation which has greatly improved both my mental and physical health, I am so grateful.

Ive tried a few different PTs but Jake has definitely been the best one by far. I've trained with him for a few years and I never thought I'd be brave enough to walk into the weights section of a gym by myself and pick up a barbell but thanks to Jake's coaching and encouragement it's now one of my favourite things to do.I've gotten so much stronger and more confident thanks to Jake. He's great at pushing me when I need it and doing easier sessions when I'm not feeling great. He's also a lovely person and we always have a laugh during sessions. Definitely reccomend.

I’ve been training with Jake for over 2 years my goal at the beginning was weight loss in this time I’ve managed to lose and maintain over 3 stone weight loss.Then and throughout i focused on fitness overall and weight training. Jake has been consistent through this time with fresh programmes and achievable goals! Always motivational and always great energy with the ability to keep me focused and constantly mixing it up to keep me on the ball! He has a great knowledge and is always attentive to were I’m up to and knows when it’s time to turn it up and push me to get me to my desired goals! I can’t recommend him highly enough I feel stronger fitter and more focused in the time I’ve trained with Jake!

I have been with Jake for a while now and can say from day one he had been brilliant with me. His attention to detail and showing you how to lift and perfect a technique is second to none. His boxing knowledge is amazing and the boxing sessions I have with him are always fun, and enjoyable whilst he keeps pushing me on. I am always learning something new each session with him. Jake is also one of the most outgoing people also which makes the sessions fun and you can always ask him anything either in the gym or you can drop him a message and he’ll always get back to you. Recommend him to anyone.

Working with Jake has been hugely beneficial to my health and wellbeing.Before I began PT-ing, I had always been intimated by strength training and only ever went to the gym for sociable cardio classes.Jake had a sterling reputation at two gyms I was a member of and so when my husband needed a trainer, I suggested Jake.During the pandemic, with limited access to classes, I needed some motivation. I booked a trial session with Jake in October 2020 and he completely dispelled all my apprehension, putting me at ease with his personable professionalism. I have been training once a week since, and following a tailored diet and exercise programme at home.Jake was able to adapt the programme to meet my needs despite all the disruption Covid has caused to our routine. He checks in regularly and is genuinely invested in his clients and passionate about his work.I have learned so much and tackled a lot of misconceptions. My knowledge and understanding of form, nutrition and goal setting have improved considerably and I am now confident working out independently!I can't recommend Jake highly enough.

Where do I start! I have been on Jake's online programme since March where my main aim was to bulk and add more muscle. The results can definitely be seen and I have never felt so strong at the gym. I have always been a gym goer but Jake has helped me alot. His knowledge is excellent and the training programme is great as it keeps me interested in my training. Also his regular contact with me has been good as I have got quick response's to my questions. I thought online coaching would never work but it definitely has and could not recommend Jake enough to hit your goals.
