Amazing food as always

We stayed in the Wool Market for a couple hours to play their arcade and try out the burgers.We ordered a wagyu burger, a wild boar burger, and a venison burger. The three were unique in their way. The wagyu patty was greasier than normal beef patties (in a good way). My gf favourite was the wild boar burger. She liked how thick, tender and juicy the patty was. The venison was my personal pick. The patty was very meaty in texture and flavour.We literally finished three burgers in 15min!! I hope that describes how tasty they were.

Poor, poor customer service. We sat 'in' & food was well over an hour so I went to the counter to ask. I was greeted by a stern faced lady who asked my table number and said she'd check and walked off. She then came out and said it was now being cooked but have a free drink! Great - over an hour and it's only just gone in...Around the hour and a half mark food came out, luke warm and missing most of the salad that was requested (not a problem but why ask what salad if its going to be ignored) so we asked for some cheese and bacon instead and we're told that'll be £2 extra!! No thanks, we'll have a refund. Hour and a half for nothing and so far no refund.It's a shame that the customer service is let down by inexperienced staff like the young lady. Good customer service is what keeps a business in business - even when the food is cold and late!I bend over backwards to keep a customer happy so this is a disappointment as I won't come any more.

The food is okay here but not as good as the pizza side and not great value for money. Prefer urban burger over this.

Wagyu Cheese burger is tasty. £10 Burger and a pint applied. Good price great quality.
