Fabulous service yesterday (22nd September 2023) from the two young ladies (sorry for not taking names). I went in just to ask them to change a strap - all done by the manager who spent 45 minutes on it (which shows it was a bit of a pain!) despite no other custom from me. Great brand ambassadorship. All carefully adjusted and my watch now has a new lease of life! My friend did buy a watch too as a present and this was all handled beautifully. We were even sent away with two free pens. Thank you!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They let me try on all the watches I wanted to compare, encouraged me to take my time, showed me the sale items and offered me a drink.There was no pressure sales talk. I walked away with some merch and a thank you for visiting. This experience reaffirmed that Oris is a top Swiss brand. Recommended.

I had an absolutely lovely experience with Sabina and Sangita at the boutique. They really spent their time going through Oris, the brand, history and horology and the components. It really reaffirmed my interest for the brand. What an amazing experience and representatives!

Travelled up from Brighton on the choo choo to London in August & by chance visited the Oris boutique & was shown a range of watches & chatted with the staff all about watches & decided to pay a 2nd visit & was welcomed by Raf & a young lady again who were only too happy to show me a selection of pieces I was interested in & chatted more about the hobby of collecting & it was a great experience. I walked away very happy with a new limited edition purple dial Oris Aquis Holstein 2023 model.. now the dial pops in sunlight & changes from deep purple to almost pink metallic. Was treated to refreshments & you know it's nice to receive a warm welcome & learn a little of what makes an independent watch brand that bit more special.

I’d highly recommend a visit to the Oris Boutique store. Having purchased a new watch from the store recently, the staff are great with brilliant customer service. Raff / Ashwin / Sangeeta were very helpful and friendly. The store also occasionally hosts events for Oris club members which are good fun. The watches themselves are beautifully made with a variety of designs/ styles. Will definitely pay a visit again.

Best watch shopping experience so far! They have an incredible watch selection along with great discounts/deals. Sangita was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to walk through every aspect of the watch functionality, brand history and really made the whole experience a personal and luxurious one.
