Staff at every cosmetic counter were happy to help all other clients apart from me. I felt ignored and the only thing I can put it down to is my age. I look younger than I am and perhaps if commission is involved they don’t think I’ll buy much. It’s sad because this happens every time I’m at this specific store. I am willing to spend money and they are losing customers because of bias.

Totally incompetent person at the Pharmacy counter.Asked for Boots Indigestion Relief Tablets. Was told that they had no knowledge of it and had never sold them.Also the general command of the English language was poor

Came in the other day in attempt to return a sealed perfume, the receipt had faded slightly and one of the workers said she cannot refund. She then called over the store manager/supervisor who was extremely dismissive and said she cannot process a refund. I suggested if that is the case, i am happy to show my bank statement or boots advantage card which details the transaction and date. Yet, she still refused and was extremely rude about. I then went to the Boots in Canary Wharf and the store manager was happy to process my refund for me. Do not understand how people who cannot be bothered to do their job properly are promoted to store supervisor.

Outstanding service from Eva who helped me and my friend for two whole hours. She helped us find our foundation and concealer shades, and helped me find blush, contour, eye and lip products - everything, really. By the time we checked out, her hand and arm were full of swatches. She knows what she is talking about and is super sweet :) It was also her first day at work but I wouldn't have been able to tell because she was perfect :)

This store always seems to be understaffed, especially around closing time. However giving it 5 stars as the young gentleman (didn’t catch his name) who served me at the till on ground floor last evening, was very helpful and patient, even though he was running around and he seemed like he had 100 things to do, he prioritised customers in a very professional and polite manner.

One of Boots new concept style stores. Bright and well laid out with the whole downstairs dedicated to make up. Upstairs there is the usual Boots product range but also a focus on sustainable living with refill stations and a place to fill up water bottles free.

I've come here from Weybridge for the eye test, today there are strikes on all lines, I was late for 5 min and was rejected since there was not enough time. Travelled 1 hour to be rejected on a day where trains are cancelled here and there. HORRENDOUS lack of consideration for customer on such a day, I can't believe. I will not recommend anyone in any case. Do not use Boots for Eye Test, never.

I got served by Nisha & Natalia (3/10/2023). I had such a great experience shopping there. They were welcoming and professional, I had questions regarding the products which they were happy to answer. Well educated. Their friendly service is exactly what makes customer feels comfortable shopping in store. I witnessed them handling other customers whilst reassuring me that I’m ok, which was a nice gesture.

BOOTS OPTICIANS - A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT, TIME WASTING PEOPLE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS.Booked an appointment to have my contact lens checked. A day before the appointment a girl from Boots called to remind me to:1) wear my contact lens for at least 2 hours before the appointment (check)2) bring a case for my contact lens (check)3) bring in my glasses (check)I double checked with her this is all I need for the appointment and she said yes.When I arrived, I was told I needed a signed copy of my prescription from my optometrist and I needed to bring in the brand of the contact lens otherwise they would not see me or check my contact lens. And also, the website advertised it as £25 for a check up but the guy said £50.So of course, I don't have these details with me so no appointment. TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME COMING IN.
