No complaints and only praise for Alec Waugh Dentists. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, willing to move appointments around when I was busy. They're really local in Heaton and close by, in a gorgeous old town house!Dr Ehab Souad looked after me recently, putting me at ease and being a complete professional - quick, relatively painless and a reasonable price! Stellar service all round.

I've had a series of visits. Friendly and polite staff, especially Georgia. Dr Paramjit is first class. Always patient and explaining each process in detail. Highly recommend this practice.

Really happy with my composite fillings and experience here. I was so down about my teeth and the dentist here really made me feel at ease and helped me so much. She done a brilliant job of shade matching etc, first dental treatment I’m happy with. Highly recommend :)

Hi just want to thank Mr aa waugh at my dentist for helping my partner, the receptionist was so helpful in pointing him in the right direction to help get his dentures fixed she was so patient with us I would recommend going to this dentist carnt thank her enough.

It's the worst dental surgery ever!! First I had to register many times because they always forgot to read my registration email where all the forms are attached....Once finally registered, they canceled my appointments repeatedly with very short notice and sometimes even the same day!I received a confirmation message to confirm that my appointment was at 3:50pm. When I went there, they said I'm 10 min late for my appointment which was supposed to be at 3:40pm. Hilarious, right !! They didn't listen to me.....to recap they're just incredibly unprofessional.....But I'm so happy I didn't receive any treatment from them. I met one of my neighbours who had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and he was about to die at the dental surgery....they called an ambulance for him to save his life.....another neighbour told me that she went to fix a tooth then the dentist broke it instead.....hilarious again!! I know !!If you wanna waste your time, have your appointment canceled, be kicked out because you arrived on time for your appointment, break your teeth and experience death in a dental surgery, then Alec waugh is definitely the place to be!!!

I found my visits here very uncomfortable, felt judged for being an NHS patient. Standard of work that I have had carried out is poor and hasn’t lasted, I now need it repaired and have been told I’m no longer registered with them and have to find an alternative dentist or go private with them. Think twice about going with this dentist, especially if you’re an NHS patient, seems they’re all about the money. Luckily I’ve been able to register at a new surgery where I feel welcome and am being looked after properly.

My fillings were completed to a high standard despite two being quite complex places for a filling, and the dentist really tried to put me at ease. I would also add that the receptionist staff have been consistently friendly and kind. Thank you for helping me become less scared of the dentist.

Excellent service was provided here. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but could not recommend my new dentist highly enough. Faria and Ade were great, they were professional, polite and experts in their field.
