I visited B&Q Gillingham yesterday and am disappointed with there prices. A very small bag of kindling £8 each and a small sack of logs £30 what are they thinking!! Looking around store the prices are not DIY friendly. No change in May 2023. Sales are on but with very little change to some of the over priced items

I have to say this is the nicest branch of B & Q I have been to.I have visited the branch about 8 times now and everytime all the staff have been really friendly, approachable and helpful.Yesterday I dealt with ‘Sally’ on Kitchens. She was such a lovely lady. She spend so much time with us and gave us so much advice and ideas. Nothing was too much trouble.All of the staff were so nice.

Staff friendly and helpfulIf you are ordering a kitchen, get them to check your full design has transferred from design to quotation as they did not with my order, and I now have a kitchen with no work tops and have to wait a further 4 weeks for the worktop to be delivered! Staff were helpful with sorting the issue but just get them to check everything is there before you end up like me!

Just come to the store to buy some filler/sand paper/ lemon soap/ filling knifes. Been coming to this store for 10 years plus. I'm 30 years of age.Being questioned by a young girl who's no older then 20 called Alicia is very embarrassing. I had people behind me in the qué laughing saying what a joke you can clearly see his older then 25"I'll be taking this further with. Very embarrassing. She was a jobsworth."

Had an excellent experience today looking at Christmas lights. Mark went above and beyond to assist with our purchases, he is a credit to the company! Lorraine at the checkout was equally fantastic.

Absolutely love love this store. They have everything! From DIY projects to home decor and real plants... Even Christmas trees. Best thing is you can join their club and collect points and vouchers. Highly recommend!
