Got passport pics from kingsgate retail (14/3) subsequently rejected. Called lindsayfield (15/3) as per receipt ( nearest timpson), told them I was looking for replacements and guy hung up. Eventually he answered along lines of ‘ why should I give away a freebie when it was another’s fault. Suppose we all work for same company so ok I will do it !!! I went back to kingsgate as lyndsayfield employ attitude was abysmal. Kingsgate guy was absolutely fine.
