Great gym and staff. I Joined this gym after not going for some years. I had been having issue with me knees. I Had started with some PT sessions first and felt comfortable enough to join. It very clean and all the users like to keep it that way. The classes are great too and a real mixture. If your looking for a gym come have a look I’m sure your love it like I do.

Excellent Gym. Unbelievably clean. Loads of good equipment and nice clients. Great to go somewhere that has normal people using it of all shapes and sizes.

I was just there doing the Pat testing but was staggered at the range of training equipment, the spacious layout and cleanliness of the place. Clearly a gym that caters for those who just want basic exercise up to the serious fitness brigade.
