Reliable and great for quick and easy fix, was stuck at work when my motorcycle battery died and they quickly responded when i called them. Would call them again. 10/10 from service and communication, highly recommended.

Sam was incredibly rude, passive aggressive and condescending to deal with when I spoke with him on the phone regarding a delay issue.Job booked for a LWB van to be towed 15 miles, I was quoted £210 and told the driver would arrive in 2 hours. The job was booked at 8pm. At 9pm I asked the booking agent for a more accurate ETA. Me nor the driver heard anything so I chased again 9:30pm, I finally got a response at 9:40pm advising the driver would be another 1 hour 20 minutes, when we was expecting the driver to arrive within 20 minutes.I simply asked why I was not updated with the delay - why I had to keep chasing to find out and can any compensation be offered due to the delay. I paid for a private service to prevent the driver waiting too long as it was late at night and I had other quotes that estimated 35 minute arrival. Sam in a condescending manner thanked me for my opinion of addressing the issue and told me to cut the conversation short and will offer me a refund and I can look for another driver if I am not happy to wait. Typical scam tactics to pressure a paying customer once you have over promised a job and provided poor communication to notify them of delays so they don't get the chance to cancel earlier.We did not cancel as we had already waited so long, which he knew we wouldn't and that's why we didn't get any ETAs and why he so passive aggressive on the phone. Job finally completed at 1AM in the morning. Best to call RAC and deal with someone polite.

Booked this company on 22nd of August and was told to pay a deposit up front (that was fine).First had my suspicions when “Sam” starts writing in slang.After bank transferring money on sure trust was told 30/40mins. Baring in mind I was also based in Hayes. 0 updates on where he was, after 1.5 hours I messaged him asking where the driver was. I was constantly told he’s running late.In the end waited so long that I called another company and they recovered me even before this apparent driver came.Long story short I lost the money I transferred on fake promises and lies.Wouldn’t use if I were you m, unless your up for a seriously long wait and the potential of never seeing whatever you transfer!

Great comms and very responsive to helping us out in a difficult situation. Would highly recommend and would use again if we ever get in a pickle. Picking my mum up who was broken down on the m25 and driver was great and very professional.

My vehicle stopped working whilst I was waiting at my kids' school gates. They were called out via a third-party company. They were chosen as being the quickest and the most reasonably priced recovery company. Sam's breakdown recovery came to the rescue. I was called several times to give me updates on arrival time and get a better detail of the problem. Upon arrival, the mechanic did his checks, identified the problem, and got the vehicle safely on the back of his truck, he dropped the vehicle at my home safely and with professionalism i would highly recommend Sam's breakdown recovery great service from start to finish.

Great service, got towed from North London to Birmingham 130miles on a Friday afternoon, no issues (other than my car breaking down). Really nice guy that towed us up there.
