Nice people, but for me it's a waste of my time that has been inflicted on me by the worse-than-worthless Tory government. They do reimburse my bus fair and help with work-based costs though. And they are nice people.

I had an appointment by phone yesterday with one of East Midlands Chamber advisor at 3pm but unfortunately no one called me and I tried to call her many times but I failed because her phone gave me the answer machine until 3.21 she sent me a message that she gave me another appointment!PLEASE RESPECT THE APPOINTMENT'S TIME!

A great team of workers focussed on supporting you back into work dispite any barriers you may have.For me they built up Confidence and set a course of Direction focussing on what you are able to achieve, not what you cannot.Positive experience and very accommodating. Thank you!

Been a member here for over 5 years. They've provided no benefit to my business at all. The only thing we have noticed is and increase in the cold calls we've received. Beware if you want to cancell your membership as they will not make it easy for you. For saying they are supposed to support/ promote businesses locally is a complete joke.
