Just had a log burner and flue supplied and fitted before Christmas by Heatcraft Aylsham . Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Very professional and responsive and we love the log burner. It has really made a difference and gives out masses of heat. The staff and all those involved in the survey, supply and fit of the log burner were amazing, highly skilled and very professional. They did everything including organising the cherry picker and making the hearth ready for the log burner. I would particularly like to thank Trudy for the amazing post purchase customer service and for replying so quickly to e-mails. We had a small problem in initial stage after the log burner was fitted and they fixed it straight away. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you need a log burner and flue. Great local business.

Not only was the sales and planning of our new gas stove fire first class but the installation was also very good indeed. They gas engineers were professional, efficient and very tidy indeed.I would highly recommend this company if you require a sold fuel or gas fuel fire

We spent almost an hour with Lesley in the showroom on Saturday 2nd July and she was so helpful. Spent time with us and gave us different options that we hadn't considered. I can highly recommend them if you need a new log burner.

Heatcraft have just installed a Pevex casette log burner for me and what a brilliant job they did. Despite some initial delays due to heavy demand at the moment the whole job went seemlesly and the fire is performing perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

First experience excellent... turn up when they say they will, nice people to deal with.

Very helpful on initial visit. Booked an appointment and they were ready and waiting. Got walked round their well sticked showroom and talked through various options. Still waiting for a survey etc so can't comment on price. But helpfulness and info at early stages has been good.

Very happy with the service we received from this company, from arriving at their shop looking for a fire that would run off propane tanks through to fitting. The process has been seamless and everyone we've spoken to has been helpful. We're delighted with our fire, the oak beam and delighted they could fit in a short time scale as the room was being decorated shortly after fitting.

We've just had the best service possible to install a chimney liner in a listed building. From the initial survey, where all possibilities were considered, to the installation, everything went like clockwork and all very neat, clean and efficient too. I would thoroughly recommend.
