Beware! - our review doesn't ring Acle Car Centre's praises - after purchasing a car approximately 4 months ago we have had 4 months of sleepless nights and anxiety! After the first week the car proved to be not fit for purpose and following lack of care from the company we had to take the car off the road and are now taking advice about further action. They said they would try to help us but help never came!I would not recommend this company as customer care is non existent! They have not fixed from day one We have a full Report with this car at cost to to us it now of Road They had 8 days to fixed the car done nothing to the car. After what should have been an exciting time for our daughter purchasing her first car turned into a nightmare. Car spent over a week in another garage trying to rectify all the issues that had been covered up. When contacting this garage to explain what had been found on inspection prior to any work being carried out instead of apologising they tried to badmouth the garage that had found the problems which is extremely unprofessional. The issues were endless such as brake discs and pads, leaking radiator faulty alternator and much more. We choose to get the work done and the garage whom we trust kindly gave us the removed parts to show the extent of the damage. I again contacted acle car company explaining all this but no response. Be very wary of this garage if you are not mechanical minded as what was sold to us was not what we thought we were getting

Sold my parents a super little Hyundai i10 automatic with only 17000 miles on it. He was so patient with mum and dad as they’re getting on but he took his time to show them how everything worked. There was no pushy sales here it was very relaxed and we’re over the moon. We will be back when our car needs replacing. Thanks so much

Very good experience. Very easy to choose the car I liked and was able to test drive. Got a good price for my old car which I part exchanged. Recommend you take a look at their cars.

Very bad experience today, considering it was meant to be a fun day looking for a car for my daughter, the staff member was Rude/un helpful and dressed like he was working from home. Very unprofessional and if that’s how you you try and sell a 5k Ford KA, I’m 100% sure you never find a buyer for the 95k Porsche in the showroom. Very disappointed ☹️

We picked up our Mini Clubman about a month ago. We had travelled extensively and viewed lots and this was by far the best car. From the test drive to picking it up Ryan and his staff were so helpful and genuine. A little niggle we had was soon sorted out and with the warranty Ryan gave with the car we are extremely happy Mini owners. Thanks Ryan. :)

Visited this car recently as I was looking for a bigger car, I was well looked after and have had no issues with the car I purchased. Actually recommended this place to my family and friends, it’s not often you feel at ease when buying a car and there was no pushing sales person!

It’s so nice to visit a car centre as a female and not feel intimidated, the guys were friendly and helpful but never pushy! They answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Have had my car for over 6 months now with no issues, have and will continue to recommend to Friends, family and anyone else needing a new car!
