Fish pond Perfect

Ryan did a great job renovating our pond. He had lots of practical ideas and suggestions and was good at showing us the break down his costs.

From start to finish Ryan offered an exceptional service. Initially I made an enquiry to fix a leak in my garden pond and Ryan called promptly and arranged a visit the very next day.When he saw what needed to be done he gave me a quote that fitted within my budget which included a full pond liner refit to help get the pond looking attractive not just to me but also the fish!!He arrived within the time agreed, worked non-stop and delivered an exceptional service going far beyond my expectations!I had an issue with rats that had managed to get in to the the outside of the pond liner which for the last six months resulted in me having to keep topping up the pond with water every few days. This caused me a bit of stress and frustration, however, Ryan has honestly done a fantastic job recreating the pond, cementing gaps to prevent any more rats along with a redesign to a high quality. He even sorted out the filter pipes and put in a far better rubber pond liner which has a guarantee of 25 years!!!Ryan is a truly great guy who is very honest and will deliver a service above and beyond what you would expect. I would highly recommend him for any pond or water feature you need doing. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience so had no hesitation in reviewing a 5 Star service! You will not be disappointed!!

I am so grateful to this firm for the speed and efficiency with which they transformed my pond from one overgrown with plant life and algae to one with clear water and healthy plants. They protected my fish and were able to supply a suitably sized pump/filter which continued to keep the water clean.

I had asked Ryan to call and give me a quote to build a waterfall onto my existing garden pond. He provided a couple of quotes for various items and to build the waterfall.I agreed to one of the quotes and shortly after Ryan fitted a new pump and filter and built a brilliant waterfall. I am delighted with the standard of workmanship and of course the end result. The pond is now much cleaner, the fish appear to be happier and it is a delight for me to look out at the pond and hear the sound of it.Ryan worked quietly and diligently and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.Thanks again Ryan.John PearceBristol

Ryan was very professional, kind and courteous. We had moved into a house with a fish pond and knew nothing about how to maintain it. He spent time with us explaining how to look after it and repaired a leak we had in our fish pond. Would highly recommend using him.

Pond project was finished on 13/05/2021Originally scheduled to finish 10/05/2021Pros: Work on pond was nice, creative and generally good work.Cons:Do not get electrical work done by this firm. We have had consistent power outages because of pond electrics. Never had this problem before electrical work was carried out by this firm. We are now having to bring in an electrician to do the job properly. According to the firm they attempted to rectify their faulty electrical work but would you allow someone to work on electrical work if they have claimed they don't know how to do electrical work?Attempted to charge to for herron deterrent when all the groundwork was already there from a previous job. Tried charging for wrapping wires around some nails which came undone after a day.They came on started on Monday and left after 12PM only completing half the day of work. Project was extended by 2 days and they tried charging us for those 2 days. We acknowledge we had asked them to install a new filter but in no form did they communicate that this would be an extra day 2 days of labour. The filter price was highlighted to us and we agreed we would pay for that. If the firm does try to extend the deadline then please make sure you ask them to clarify the reason of the extension and how much will they charge as they will try to put it all on at the end.After I posted the review the firm called us up to remove this review. We tried to resolve electrical issues and come to resolution that would be fair to both of us instead we were bombarded with swear words, swearing hateful language about our religion and personal comments such as being conniving".To all future customers I would recommend you recieve everything in writing from this firm before going with them and check the invoice after you have been as there may be discrepancies between the invoice and the original proposal."

Can't recommend Ryan highly enough - did a fantastic job with our pond and really put in the hard yards to get it cleaned, restored and back to clear water. Will definitely be contacting Ryan again for any future work - no need to look anywhere else !

Fish Pond Perfect have been doing work next door to my parents where I had my car parked on their driveway. I have now come home to find pieces of stone and slate across the drive way and on the windscreen of my car along with mud sprayed up the side of my car. When contacting fish pond perfect about the situation I was told they 'attempted' to clean the mud off (clearly not as there are no water marks at all) I am now out of pocket to clean up their mess while we had nothing to do with the original work and possible paint surface damage due to stones. A simple letter posted through the door with an apology would of been suffice but nothing. When I said I would bill them for the wash and any paint surface fixes they laughed and dismissed it. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ryan did an excellent job repairing & cleaning my pond. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again & would recommend him to anyone that requires pond maintenance or repair.

We're really happy with the job Ryan and Andy did on replacing the liner in our pond, and our fish are very happy about it too (taking good care of the fish while they did the work). They completely transformed the pond and reconfigured the slate edging and waterfall. They worked amazingly hard and took the old liner away which was great. They were a pleasure to meet and we'd definitely contact them again for any future pond needs.
