I have been training with Stephen and his team since March this year and have had great results. I initially signed up for Project 12 and thoroughly enjoyed this programme so much so that I signed up for the follow on programme, The Tribe. This is a really supportive environment and if you're willing to put in the work Stephen, Nick and Callum will definitely get you to meet your goals! I am no gym bunny, just an ordinary 44 year old working mum of 2 who had gradually put on weight since having children and couldn't seem to make the changes I needed to on my own. The progress I've made is definitely down to the guidance, support and learning from Stephen and his team. Thank you!

Gentlemen, I appreciate everything, Stephen Clarke does to keep people physically and mentally fit. However I believe he is a good personand I can only recommend him/the Kilted Coaches to everybody who is looking for pure, positive energy.

If your looking for fabulous instructors and results, look no further than Stephen Clarke Fitness. I couldn't praise these guys friendly, enthusiasm and knowledge highly enough. I loved my twice weekly sessions with Nick. One truly fantastic experience.

Great experience so far! I hate going to the gym as I can't motivate myself but the classes at PTX are amazing, I left feeling motivated and had a really good time. I would recommend to anybody who struggles with motivation and wants to have some fun while getting fit

Personal training has been great for me. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to increase their fitness, whatever their starting level. Personally, I am 56 and before I came to training, my exercise consisted of dog walking. I had also successfully lost 3 stones in weight and was looking for advice on diet and an exercise regime that would make the most of my abilities and help me build overall body strength in the hope that I can be as fit as possible as I get into older age.Firstly, I got a lot out of Stephen’s nutrition videos which have helped me keep the weight off for the last 9 months since I started training. Secondly, from my very first assessment with my trainer Callum, I knew that he was totally tuned in to what I wanted and was totally confident on how to get me there. This has made me feel very secure and has given me a level of confidence that means I am always excited to try to achieve the goals that he sets for me. So I love doing the exercises and pushing myself now. Callum is super- encouraging and also a fantastic teacher and supporter. He explains everything and always makes every session fun but also progressive for me. I also now attend the gym once or twice a week. This is because I am now more focussed on the importance of fitness in my life and I have the confidence to do exercises and use equipment that Callum has taught me about.I feel confident that I can keep progressing and my experience at Stephen Clark Fitness has turned my thinking round about my ability to have a healthy and active life in the future.I can’t recommend this highly enough.

I've been with SCF for almost a year. The past year has been life changing for me. I notice a big difference in my physical appearance and self confidence.I still have a long way to go but Callum is always encouraging and supporting me. I couldn't recommend him enough.I took before and after pictures and my training is defiantly paying off.Highly recommend SCF - they are fantastic !

My partner and I have been training with John for 6 weeks now and we both feel fantastic.We have both lost over 5kg each pairing the training with good nutritional advice . John has been excellent , he tailors your training to your own ability and is a great motivator. He is always keen to answer questions and will do anything he can to help. Training with John is fun and never boring. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I''ve been a client for about three years. The team are friendly and motivate me to keep reasonably fit. Without the discipline of going along regularly I doubt I would push myself as hard. Sessions can be tiring and often sore but that's when the real benefit emerges. Highly recommended.
