RH Studios

I live in West London, but yesterday had the opportunity to take a Yoga class at RH studios while visiting family. The experience was truly amazing and rejuvenating, providing the perfect balance to my hectic work schedule. Although I wish I lived closer to the studio to attend more regularly, I am looking forward to making the trip down occasionally to continue to reap the benefits of the class. Becca is a great instructor!

I went for my first yoga class yesterday evening with Indi River @ RH studios and I absolutely loved it. I was feeling a bit apprehensive as I am new to yoga but everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The studio is modern, clean and bright, with a great ‘community’ vibe - the perfect combo for you to recharge your batteries and get to know the local community :) Mitcham needs (and deserves) more places like this. Highly recommend it.

So great to have a local studio! Went to a HIIT class this morning and really enjoyed the welcoming, community vibes. Super clean and polished, and we had a great instructor. I will definitely be going back

So excited to have a nice studio in the area as it saves time traveling further out especially for early morning classes. Came here for Mindful HIIT on Friday morning and would recommend it. The instructor was fantastic and although I didn’t use the shower, it was nice to see they also have one.

I've joined this fitness studio quite recently and can honestly say that the classes have been amazing! The instructors and the owner are incredibly friendly and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The instructors have been great at adapting parts of the workouts that I've not been able to do as a beginner, so that I'm still challenged but not being made to feel bad. I find going to ordinary gyms really overwhelming and intimidating as I don't have a clue what I'm doing, whereas these classes allow me to actually workout with someone guiding and challenging me. The studio itself is also a lovely space to workout in as it's really clean and modern. I would highly recommend it!

This is a great place to work out!It's a growing community with very welcoming people, and I always look forward when I book a class. The instructors are all so lovely and helpful! I'm not very athletic and into sports, but I feel really comfortable here, as everyone is so accessible and unpretentious. They always help me if I'm doing something wrong and encourage me to improve. My favourite is spin class, and the bikes are top. Love this place!

Brilliant fitness studio and excellent use of space. Upstairs is a high end studio where they focus on mindfulness and have multiple classes such as yoga, pilates, mindful HIIT etc, this studio is calming. Downstairs they have a modern cycle studio with top of the range bikes. This studio easily matches bespoke cycle studios in central London. Lorraine and Benny are excellent cycle instructors and create a fun atmosphere, the cycle classes are great to de-stress. All levels of fitness are catered for and the classes are inclusive. The owner Russ is warm and welcoming, alot of effort has been put into this studio and it shows! I strongly recommend you try it out!

Went for my first class at RH Studios and I will definitely be back. The studio itself is stunning, upstairs is bright, airy and clean, perfect for all the classes the studio offers and the new spin room downstairs is hella vibey. My yoga class was great, Indi made it taxing and calming at the same time. There is such a feeling of community already, spearheaded by Russ the owner. Can’t wait to come back and try out all the other classes on offer!!

Just went to check it out as I never knew it was there. Got a tour and a lovely welcome. Its a terrific space to do yoga etc. The place was spotless. Will booking my first class ASAP.
