Fantastic lady with lots of knowledge and experience. Not at all judgemental, no negative methods. The only behaviourist my vet ever sees results with too! I've already recommended her to others, and will book her again not because I have any particular issues, but just to see what else I can learn to make mine and my dogs lives better and our bond stronger!

I have a 2 year old shy lab that barks at anyone that goes near her, viv helped me understand her behaviours and shown me techniques to help Milly to be comfortable around new people. I could not believe how much of a different dog she has been since one session with viv! Still a lot of practicing and learning for me and Milly but Viv’s support has been amazing, we are so grateful to have met you!

Viv came over to meet & help our little nervous dachshund Kingston. After 3 days he is already showing he’s calmer on walks & around people. Her advice and training tips were so informative and helpful and helped both me and my mother in law have so much more understanding on why dogs do what they do in different situations. We contacted Val for help with our reactive dog Oscar. She was professional and helpful and gave us some good tips and advice. I am pleased to say using the techniques she recommended we are seeing a huge change in our dog. Instead of dreading taking him out we are all enjoying our walks together. We’ve only had one session with Viv so far, she’s taught us a small handful of tricks and tips that have started to pay off with our dog reactive boy! He’s a big ol’ dog so he can be quite difficult at times. We would’ve had more sessions but our dog has been unwell, but she’s been so attentive whenever we’ve had any queries or needed any help. She seems to have an infinite supply of reading materials for anything I bring up with her, and is a fountain of knowledge. She’s helped us to get a better understanding of where Nagas behaviours are coming from, and what we can do to get him being the best version of himself. Thanks Viv!!

Brilliant. Viv explains everything in detail and really takes her time to understand you and your dog. Good common sense solutions and lots of helpful notes for those of us who don't remember stuff. Baxters lead walking and reactivity improving after only a day. Lots of support after training too. 5star

Viv was fantastic. Very friendly, very professional and very helpful. Taught us how to respond and start training our dog. Helped us to understand his mind a bit better which overall gave us more insight into why he behaves in a certain way and how we can go about dealing with this. The after care support has been really good too. Would definitely recommend.

I was having difficulty with my 10 month old puppy, Luca, resource guarding which was becoming progressively worse.I booked a 2 hour session with Viv in which she was able to go into the causes of the problem and also demonstrated techniques which had an immediate impact.I was also provided typewritten guidelines for future reference and the offer get in touch if any help was needed after the course.She also provided answers to questions aside from the main issue.Viv has amazing attention to detail and a passion for her work which shines through.We have went weeks without any issues and I am much more confident going forward.I wouldn't hesitate to recommended her.
