Absolutely fantastic. Superb service from all the team. I was a new customer and Sophie the owner explained the whole process and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Extremely well priced. Parking available outside. I was offered refreshments while I waited too. Lovely atmosphere and finally a business that truly puts the customer 1st. Highly recommend. See you again. Im new to the area and Iv never been to a laundrette before, as soon as i stepped in Sophie knew it!! They showed me the ropes, made me a cuppa and had a laugh. Cant recommend this place enough, staff are awesome and the place is great. Merry Christmas

The lady who owns this is absolutely lovely. The whole set up is really good. You are welcomed as you come through the door and everything is explained. The place is absolutely immaculate and I can not recommend this highly enough

Great first experience using a launderette. I needed a large tent carpet cleaned and Sophie and Eleanor were super helpful in getting it sorted for me. Fun and friendly atmosphere which helped kill the time. Will use again and can highly recommend!

I’ve been here a couple of times and each time I’ve been made to feel very welcome. The staff have been so helpful, clearly recognising that I hadn’t a clue what I was doing!!! I would certainly recommend this business.

Just had a wasted journey.The idea of being on Google maps is to be found.Updated ways that Google serves people is to inform them that a business is open or not before beginning the journey.This can only be done by them using your up to date opening times.I appreciate that life happens and that you might not be aware of how Google maps actually works....but to find a hand written note on the window of the door stating that you were closed after I spent 20 minutes in the car, in an area I didn't know to spend money at your business...I was disappointed.I have also noticed others that have left one star reviews on your competitors in the area for probably the same reasons.If you are closed for the day.... update it on Google maps.I'm sure it would have been a satisfactory experience if I had of used your service and I don't believe in leaving 1 star reviews if people don't understand how new technology works.
