Excellent service. I dropped my laptop off with a cracked screen. It was repaired and ready for collection the following day. The final cost matched the initial quotation. I would definitely recommend to others.

My disabled son's expensive HP laptop developed a problem with a hinge linking the screen to the body of the machine. As it was out of warranty I first contacted HP themselves whose response was haphazard and VERY expensive. So I sought alternatives. I read positive reviews about WELOVELAPTOPS so I contacted them. The guy I spoke to (Steve) appeared knowledgeable about the problem, but more importantly, was clear about the ground-rules of any transaction. I sent Steve photos of the laptop and he responded quickly with a quote. I decided to proceed. Collection was arranged and Steve confirmed safe arrival. A couple of days later he provided me with a progress update and few days after that he rang to say the laptop was fixed. Steve's quote had not changed so arrangements were made for it's return once payment was made. I was pleased with the clear response and updates I got from WELOVELAPTOPS and would not hesitate to use them again.

Took Mac for them and have to say the service is not professional at all. I am used to that if I hand over my property to repair I get paperwork about that to prove they do have the Mac. After I asked don't I get proof from them that was had written post-it note.We agreed price what is the cost in advance and when it was time to collect the Mac asked naturally receipt from them. The owner refused to give receipt to us and said this given price was without a receipt and if we want receipt the price will be much higher. We never asked price for the job without receipt and l was speechless I do believe Trading Standards would agree with me this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. They agreed in advance price £30 and was said with receipt the cost is £65.I do believe in Bolton is other companies that do honest work, doesn't lie to customer about the price or refuse to write a receipt of the work. I never asked price without receipt and they were aware the Mac was company property not my private use Mac. Avoiding paying tax and VAT is not acceptable to do and treat customer this way.

I cannot rate this company highly enough (as my RL persona). Due to mobility issues, they called round, checked my computer and after discussion took it away. They then delivered a new one, having discussed everything beforehand and set it up for me. 100/100 for service.
