The insurance is a rip off the staff tell lies and the leather suites will only last 2 years before they start pealing . Not covered on insurance because it's classed as wear and tear . The staff must be on commission to sell the waste of time insurance .

rude staff. no greeting when I entered. they sat on their phones the whole time I was looking in the store. made me feel small for only having a budget of 400 max. staff bickered between themselves about my budget and no one came up to who interest in helping me. horrible experience. the staff need to sort their attitude out. I can guarantee it was due to my appearance. they looked me up and down like I had no money or sense. I will not be returning.

Disappointing Experience with ScS - Sofas, Flooring & FurnitureI'm writing this review to share my unfortunate and deeply disappointing experience with ScS. I purchased a carpet for my two-bedroom house, hoping to enjoy a smooth installation process as promised.I was willing to patiently wait for a month for the scheduled installation, understanding the business's schedule might be busy. However, a call I received two days before the expected date turned my patience into frustration. They apologized, informing me that they could not carry out the installation as planned and requested an additional half a month delay. They even suggested I should find someone else to do the installation.Begrudgingly, I found an alternative to install the carpet. When the delivery day arrived, I was shocked to find the carpet delivered as a single piece, so bulky and heavy that it required four people to move. There was no place to cut it at home, forcing us to transport it to a nearby park just to make it manageable.Upon unrolling, I was appalled to find the carpet was damaged, appearing so worn and dirty that it was almost unrecognizable from what I'd purchased. This was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the exorbitant price I paid for it and the fact that it was sold to me as a high-quality product.It saddens me to write this review, but I feel obligated to advise potential customers to think twice before trusting ScS with their home furnishing needs. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge others to avoid the same frustration and disappointment.

I wouldn't use the carpet fitters they get in, my carpets has been on my stairs just over a year and the 5 bottom stairs keep coming off

Spoke with Michelle who was EXCELLENT & looked after us and gave great advice & answers to my questions.

So I went into ScS about some carpets .I picked out what wanted. They said, I had a discount for the fitting. ( what happened to free fitting That’s advised on TV?)The surveyor then, came to my house. I said, that didn’t think I needed the underlay. As there was already underlay under my carpets.(Why would I pay for something I didn’t need? )The surveyor said that then…I would have to pay for fitting, if I wasn’t buying there own unlay. in that case, I decided .cancel my order . He told me the store would be calling me, about my refund. When they did telephone me. kept on talking about the fitting.said, I was cancelling the order wanted my deposit back. He then said, I had to go into the store! to get my refund. So I went into the store. He again went on about the conversation, we had on the phone.I said, I didn’t want to have any conversation. And Please can I have my deposit back. He called me rude! Then this lady started to get involved. And told me not to talk to him like that? I said,I didn’t want to have any conversation with her.( She said I could have had my refund over the phone. I told her that’s what I wanted. But he said, I had to come into the store to get the refund)And that I was speaking to the chap I was dealing with. eventually I got my deposit back. I will NEVER go into ScS AGAIN.

As a personal shopper and interior designer, I like to look around for what I need. But I was upset when asked, Are you lost?" when I was asked by an available member of staff. Which was a shame

Went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a new sofa service was excellent and with a smile very happy to help. Walked away with a new sofa and was delivered yesterday. Michelle is a credit to the store and thankyou! Especially after having bad service elsewhere!

Wilton carpet laid on 9th May what a mess. Looks like a wet mudddy dog has run all over it. Very disappointed. What a waste of money. Avoid this Company.
