Booked a sight test and contact lens check and received confirmation of both, but when I arrived was told I only had one appointment. Unhelpful staff initially tried to blame me until I produced proof and they then went on to say they’ve had lots of similar problems. Had enough now as this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues (I previously ordered contact lenses that never arrived as well as other booking problems and always left waiting) so will not be returning. Two stars because the optician herself was good.

My optician was thorough, explained what and why he was doing the different tests I found him very friendly and easy to talk to.Choosing frames couldn't be easier a good choice of styles and prices once chosen I had options of lens, coatings etc explained by a very knowledgable lady. Have no problem in reccomending.

Visited the store today and was looked after by Sarah. Had booked in for an eye appointment, but after a conversation with Sarah, who checked with the Optician it was felt my glasses were too slack/loose. She assessed my glasses and altered them and they feel so much better. She also sorted out my 2nd pair which I never wear and they feel so much better I am wearing them now at work. The staff were lovely, friendly and caring.The level of cleanliness and covid precautions were extremely high and I felt safe at all times. The quality of the glasses and the information and my eyes, the test and the prescription required was second to none. Thank you

My first time at this optician and I am impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Samah who only started three weeks ago gives outstanding customer service. She is kind , listens to her customers and is keen to give the best service. Really the best attention to customers I have seen in years. Amazing!

The worst experience at vision express:First they tried to rip me off by wanting to charge me £60 just because I wanted to use my old frame , but as soon as they sensed I would not accept, they straight away canceled the charge.A week after the order they messaged me saying there was a manufacturing problem and they are starting againA week later they messaged me saying my glasses were ready to pick up, i left my work , my home and I drove to their outlet , just for them to tell me , ‘your glasses are not here, sorry that message was from head office’ and journey was for nothing, and all that lady said ‘next time don’t drive to here, we’ll mail them to you by post’ which would introduce another risk of losing my glasses!NEVER AGAIN VISION EXPRESS.

Excellent service from all the staff, kept me informed at all times what they were doing during the eye test and my options afterwards.Thought the invoice was very complex, with all the credits and debits no idea if I got a good deal or not in terms of price. It seemed expensive at £138 for lens's only as I used my own frames.

I would like to thank Sarah Wilson for her excellent customer service and also the optician on the day I attended Ibrahim Patel who was very thorough and saw a potential problem and got me seen and treated at hospital on the same day. Thank you both so much. Highly recommend.

Very good service and friendly staff I got a txt when my glasses were ready. The after service was good when I needed dome slight adjustment on my frames.
